Developer relations is about building relationships. Turning developers into partners is one way to deepen that relationship. Before you start, you should decide how to structure the program, who will run it and how to measure success.
Xero is beautiful cloud accounting software with over 1.2 million small business customers globally. One way we delight our customers is by partnering with over 600 apps who’ve leveraged our API to build integrations that help small businesses be more productive. In this session, I’ll share how Xero built it’s App partner program, some missteps along the way and recent efforts to level up our partner program.
