The one piece that held me up the longest was finding a Poc rune. That one little thing can bring the entire build online. I feel this was even more important than hitting the resource cap.
Just a heads up to people that struggle with Vigor, keep Thrash as a skill. These end-game Quill volley builds drop a generator and this build does so much damage, keep Thrash not only for the occasional Vigor but as an extra movement ability. I am close to all of the breakpoints but not perfect, yet I am able to speed farm Pit 100 in 3 min. The extra movement from Thrash makes for smoother gameplay and faster clear times.
If you cannot reach 235 max Vigor, and restore all of your Vigor with each attack you cannot play this version of the build. Yes there are alternatives which use generators that you can use at low gearing but those aren't able to capitalize off of Kepeleke or Banished Lord's.
I'm a Diablo newbie. I'm still early days with my build so I don't have max vigor every attack. I don't need to use my basic skill anymore though. Any tips on how to get it so I always have max vigor? Or is it a case of just keep grinding for the right drops and paragon points/glyphs? I pick things up fairly quickly. I'm in T2 atm and I did that all solo. I could probably force it to T3 but it would be pointless atm.
@Tenkiei Yes, you can. I cleared pit 100 with less than 235 Vigor and only 4 Glyphs. You just won't be hitting for maximum damage all the time. The class is so broken that you can swap out some of the required breakpoints and still easily melt the game. I didn't have the Druid shield Rune word either. Also, you can use an Incense to hit 235 vigor. Until I had enough intelligence, I pathed towards resource generation nodes on the Paragon tree.
@ryanisstuckin93 I think you need more resource generation. That comes from Tempering and Intelligence. That's why All- Stats on gear is important. I still use the boots Yens Blessing, for example.
Nice video! Tyrial's Might is so nice and tanky, I'm using your items/setup with legendary pants in stead of Tib's Will. I had to get two mastercrafts on my ring's tempered resource gen to get up to 100%, what a pain in the neck.. the build is so chill and the dmg is nuts tho
They had to fix issues with Evade that was causing server crashes / lag for other players, it wasn't about power. Should Quill Volley be adjusted? Yeah. Is it the same thing? No.
I run almost the exact same build but instead of tyreals I am running shroud of false death and can rip through pit 115 without even trying, I don’t even have near perfect gear. For reference my main necro with full masterwork near perfect gear barely times a pit 95… this build is so busted
Struggling getting my vigor up to the 235 mark. I’m nowhere near it sitting at 128 with all the correct gear apart from tyrials. Paragon level 152 aswell. Any ideas what I can do
Do you have the resource paragon nodes in the sapping board and menagerest glyph leveled up? That provides a good amount. A GA resource kepeleke helps alot too.
Most likely you're not at 235+ Vigor, or you aren't restoring 100% of your Vigor with each attack. Both of these things cause you to do basically 0 damage.

Runes are pretty random Cir or Tam work as temporary options but they're not nearly as good as Poc.
For me it was the Xol rune, I swear it took like 2 weeks of farming until it finally dropped.

Yeah getting your resource gen right is a bit of a pain. Once you do though it feels amazing.
I’m not sure if my resource gen is right - running shako an T might - damage wise I’m only like 300-400 million

I use this same setup that is focused on a more comfortable gameplay.
Basically running this version - shako - T might - but I’d love to mix in starless sky I just have one sitting in stash - any suggestions?
They had to nerf evade which wasnt even 1/3 of overpower quill volleys power. Stuff like this needs hotfixing, infinite damage multipliers yeah...

I don't have a Shroud of False Death yet but it definitely sounds like it could slot in nicely and provide a good balance of offense and defense.
Wish I could do this but I can't even get the gear I need for it. The RNG just absolutely despises me.

I copied everything from this build but I feel like I do no dmg do I have to lvl up the paragon glyphs to 100? I’m only lvl 200
