Fun fact: The song in that makes the song in the background and the song Cal is listening to at the start was created by an actual Mongolian band, singing Huttese. When Cal says: “Hey, I know this band!” technically it makes the band canon.
Its never been stated anywhere officially that they're singing in Huttese, you can find in the description of the music video for the song and in the interview with the band that its a completely unique language made by both the band and Respawn Entertainment just for the song

In short, you are saying he's just parrying, and I'm telling you he takes every opportunity to parry but also every opportunity to do damage in the most efficient way, that's a big difference. If you're playing too defensive its not the game's fault. Also, about power attacks, I don't get why he doesn't use those but it's not just possible but very useful as well, against bosses at least. I could visibly see how a single heavy swing is worth 3 to 4 of light ones by looking at a boss' healthbar.
Game doesn't resave "meditation point" when you die. You can leave and reload your game, it will be in the state it was you last time exited meditation.

My jaw almost hit the floor when I saw how flawlessly you executed this battle on the hardest difficulty. I played this on Jedi Knight difficulty and died three times.
While you are right i feel like yoda wouldve used his incredible force powers to take them all down, not his lightsaber, that man can bring down star destroyers!
@dexxfa7274 It's an extra ability to the dash attack, if you upgrade the dash further you have the ability to tap Y again and do an overhead slash instead of a basic forward one.
I loved playing this scene, it was really awesome and the music is epic. Not to mention in 10 second, Sorc Tomo became an immediate joy with his in-your-face personality and voice. The only sad part is, we really could've done with WAY more of him, like an actual face-to-face confrontation, and some stuff leading into this beyond just one bounty hunter beating Cal. So much potential in many aspects of this game, but often it falls just short of its promise.
Things I love about this game: awesome combat, getting a lot of people into the Hu, and as a guy who wears a Pancho in the winter; making Panchos awesome too.
That unintended mechanic actually looks pretty smooth during gameplay. I tried using jump to dodge normally in the beginning of my playthrough, but it was really inconsistent. I've since beaten the game, but this does make me want to go back to it.
Dude props on the absolute skill fr man. This is an amazing and hard part of the game and you did it PERFECT on grandmaster and that deserves a level of respect I cant adequately deliver in text. Great freaking video man fr youre an absolute jedi master if ive ever seen one!
I loved this fight :D It's funny though, I was kinda taken aback by just how goddamn easy that bounty hunter was to take out. She straight kicked my ass the first time we met with that force field, so I thought she'd be absolute nails this time. But a few applications of force-pull, some deflections, dodge rolling & force-freeze, she barely touched me and I took her down first try. The goddamn spiders were tougher than her!
I beat this on Jedi Grand Master mode without any upgrades. No skill upgrades, or any health upgrades. Force push, pull, and slow do not count as upgrades since Cal had those as a kid. Also, u can use force slow immediately at the start of the game so not an upgrade. It was so hard & I died so many times. I beat this like an hr ago.
Dude i love you! I didn't know how to dodge that charge attack and i was going crazy! I also play in jedi grandmaster so i was wondering if my timing was wrong, but there was no way cause the dude just had a diabolical tracking. So my frustration brought me to my master. You never fail me man, thanks.
What I did was jumped up onto the platform he did before the second wave looked into the crowd and force pulled the bounty hunter into the arena killing him and skipping the entire rest of the fight
Scout Trooper TK 3202 to be honest I would rather beat a mission in a interesting way then to just beat waves of enemies that I have fought a billion of already

Reptiles_inc bro I play on Jedi master with only a single blade lightsaber and I cannot beat this for my life. My only force abilities are overhead smash force pull and push and force slow. It's impossible. I also like just got the game so if u ended up beating it lmk how u did it lmao
Primis I just beat it. It’s not hard if u take out the enemies very quick. My advice is to run straight for the massive spider and parry one shot it. Then keep dodging and hitting the big blue one and the final boss is piss easy

Gotta say, the arena is one of my favorite parts of the game. Having that epic music in the background by Hu as you lay waste to creatures and a bounty hunter? Forget about the rest of the game and saving the Jedi, I'd have Cal volunteer as a full time gladiator if it meant more if that!

Well, they aren't exactly random as far as i can tell by comparing some footages and my own experience. It seems like you will meet the shielder if you will slide down the ice slide, jetpack trooper if you go down the main entrance, and the robot if you come back to the temple entrance and try to quit through the big underground cave. And the paired hunters are the same, they are paired manually and placed manually in the exact spots. For example, it's always jetpack+robot outside of Dathomir's temple, and it's always shielder+jetpack in the wookie prison/factory.

I never get tired of the soundtrack, Sugaan Essena by The Hu fits perfectly with this game and Cal Kestis made it Canon
Good tip: If you’re dying because of the droid charging at you, use force slow on him. It helps a lot.

It's random who you fight, same between difficulties for how it works it's just RNG
I played on grandmaster and got the same bh as I had playing jedi knight the one who electrifies you on Zeffo
