Great video again, Bjorn! I liked that the explanation are clear and detailed about the process and how the film works. So it so many times in several videos, but as always you managed to make it differente and interesting. I got impressed about the clear film for the windows! It's not offered here in my country. They always tell you you should sacrifice vision for heat protection and at night you can see anything. I live in the desert and sun here is preatty heavy, but it does not justify the spending for the inconvinience.

But normally it is not for free the wrapping, so my not so serious point was that, it is a good thing the car crashed before the expensive wrapping was applied, not after. After all, it is so expensive, Optimus didn't get the full wrapping treatment. But i think this time it was free for MC Hammer? Did they do a wrap on the door handles? He was not sure last time if he could do something there.
Complete car with PPF costs NOK 36,000, - VAT incl. (4144$) Solar film for B-pillar costs 5,000, - ink tax. (575$) The center console normally costs NOK 2,500, (287$) but this we take free of charge as part of the total package. (4144$)
Eric Y. Tesla Paint quality is unbelievable horrible. Even Multi-Coats. Thise are even worse actually because human is painting them at Tesla. So the orange peel you see is the paint orange peel, which is so string that layering clear film, wont hide it. To avoid that you need a really high skilled detailer to realy polish it down. And only then apply ppf. This is obviously the best to do all the time for every car - but budget comes in play :)

Then continued driving a minute later on the frozen potato field after we flipped the car back on its feet. I thought it was one of the coolest stunts I've ever pulled but people forgot about it after two days. No internet back in 1979.
Bjorn, have you though of installing mud-flaps to prevent chipping of rocker panels, doors, and rear bumper from gravel on roads? There are people in Norway and Finland complaining about it.
Thats what he has paint protection for. Due to the form of the car I got rock chips after a very short time on a roadster, got the paint repaired and added paint protection film. No problems since then.

Ben Roimola Every Tesla has horrible paint quality. Especially Model 3. Doesnt matter its multi-coat or solid paint. You need week after delivery, ans youll see already bunch of things on the paint. Not going to say how paint will look after 20 car washes and 5000km. 🤐
Ceramic coating is a joke. It doesn't protect against anything. You're paint still gets scratches and definitely not against rock chips. PPF FILM is the only thing that protects paint.

You can now take it to a mechanical car wash, the microscratches will buff right out and MC Hammer will look brand spanking new

This car needs more protection !
Car needs a coating of ceramic bubble wrap.... it is available at the UPS store or FedEX market, all you need then is the application adhesive wheel.

Pay attention. The coating is over the film and provides the hydrophobic properties. By the way, PPF stands for Paint Protection Film.
