Great work and results here, boys! How many hours did this take for the PPF installation (not to include car wash, prep, or ceramic coating application)? Looks amazing!

Any chance at an answer to the question within my comment?

Great work. How can I tell if installer is using the film I paid? Prices are so different I am worried that some are not installing the product I am paying.

As an installer my self I highly recommend asking the shop questions and going to see if possible. PPF is a big investment and unfortunately there are lots of garage installers as well or mobile PPF people that can just get stuff from china or something.
Educate yourself on the shops in hand and who they use.

Why would you go over the badges ? Why wouldn't you take them off , put the ppf and then put the badges on after ? Doesn't make any sense to me

      Hi Sarab,
very good question! The customers have the option whether they want the badges removing or leaving in place. The reason these are the options is because theXpel Fusion film is pre ceramic coated so there is a slight chance if we did apply the badges on top of the film it might not adhere correctly and could come off.
We always give the customer the option and the decision is entirely up to them. Thanks for watching and I hope this clears up any confusion.

Nice work! Nice to see the plotter detail and the various additional work on the car including prep.

Hi - between xpel ultimate fusion & Avery Dennison supreme xtreme ppf, which is better for pearl white colour paint? Appreciate if you can share your views on this. Thanks.

Thanks for the question, having not used avery Dennison film i can’t comment but I can say the clarity of the ultimate fusion is very good and we have never had any dissatisfied with the finish on a pearl white car.

Thanks for your quick revert. In our city, one of the detailers does xpel ultimate fusion. They use xpel ceramic booster on top of fusion ppf. Is this procedure okay? Looks like Avery came out with supreme - xtreme ppf 10 year warranty last year and they claim it is superior than similar ppf of other top brands. How about stek dynoshield please?

@@veerapartha4474 we have used Stek, suntek, KAVACA, xpel and for our business xpel is the best. It has the best adhesive by a mile and the patterns are second to none

How much was it to install on whole car?

Great video. Thanks. What sort of ballpark cost would this be? I have a model 3 also and thinking of doing something similar. Thanks

Hi Imran! We'd rather not dicuss prices online but if you would like to give us a call when you get a spare 10 minutes we can talk you through the different options available for your car. Prices vary depending on the level of coverage and you can either go for ceramic coatings which are cheaper than paint protection film but doesn't offer the same level of protection from stone chips and scratches that is more for easy maintenance and boosting the gloss levels of your car.
      Our number is 01455 377141.
      Thanks,
      NLD

Awesome vid! How was this to work on? Heard mixed reviews on paint quality and build quality when up close and personal 😉

Hi There Jason, thanks for the nice comment! The paintwork on tesla is definitley not the best paint to work on because it is so soft which is why a lot of Tesla owners are now choosing to go down the PPF route! We had a customer previously who just had the ceramic coatings and within two weeks he called us back up asking for PPF as he noticed he was picking up stone chips very easily.
