Guess I'm better off sticking with my DT770(250ohm)'s then? I already had it professionally modded with a detachable cable anyways. What i'd personally LOVE to upgrade to at some point are the Dan Clark Audio E3's as far as closed backs are concerned. $3000 CAD later. ;) I also had the DT900 Pro X, but they lacked clarity, and barely sounded that much more open than my DT770's. The 900 Pro X's sounded as if there was almost like a veil masking the vocals and overall sound. The clarity just wasn't there.
I had the 770s many years ago and always liked their sound. I have been needing some closed phones for recording acoustically of late, and this video made my decision quite simple. Gonna go for the Pro X. Splendid job!
1990 pro s are some of the best headphones under 1000 dollars , they are stellar .. I compared them to the hd 800s for example , difference in soundstage is marginal and imaging is on par, that’s crazy and they sound even clearer. Their bass response is also top notch
I've tried the DT 770 Pro X and also compared them with the DT 770 Pro 32 Ohm. The Pro X with their 48 Ohm are even slightly louder than the Pro 32 Ohm. They are really nice and the detachable cable is a big enhancement. I also like the slightly bigger bass of the Pro X but the extreme spike in the high frequencies is a no-go. I really love crisp sound but this is way above nice.
@@zwojek Unfortunately yes. For me the highs of the old 770 pro are quite ok. But the highs of the pro x really kindof hurt. I had to send them back because of this.

1990’s are not the move bro. Super harsh treble, and just a genuinely weird frequency response. You have to EQ them if you want them to be accurate at all.
Well, again a nice review 👍 I have 2 original DT770 pro's: 1x 250ohm open back in my studio and 1x 80 ohm close back on my PC in my livingroom. I also have wireless Sennheisers RS175, but the sounds/frequenties/dynamics/etc. are by far not as good as the Beyerdynamics. Nice upgrade of the 770 but I don't see any advantage of a detachable cable (yes it's easier to replace, but I don't have a dog 😂). My headphones are always plugged in and I don't travel with them, so for me I'll stick to my great and original 770's....
So i currently have the 900prox, i love them but the headband is already falling apart even tho its been less than a year. i want to sell it agn get another one, is the 770 worth getting? i daily game, music, and i code so i am looking for a close back. or do i get the 700 pro x?
there are official spare parts you can easily buy and repair your 900 pro x... just buy new headband, replace it and you're good to go. these are not some gaming crap that have no spare parts, they are professional gear.
I recently bought the AKG K371: it sounds great and isolates well for recording Vox, acoustic instruments, etc. - no click leaking onto the track. But not that comfortable to wear, to be honest. If I was still looking, I'd probably lean toward the DT770 Pro X now that it's out. Thanks!
I was thinking of taking the AKG K371 too, it is apparently better with 114 db compared to the DT 770 pro X limited édition, the DT 770 pro X is less than that
Got the dt 770, dt 880 and dt 990 and I‘m very pleased with them … but didn’t know about the 700. thanks for the comparison and showing us your cute doggy. 👍🏻👏🏻🙏🏻
Gotta love the doggy making her appearance in the video. She's usually very good about leaving my gear alone...but the DT 770s are just too tasty, I guess
@@WoeWhisper well, the 770 is a closed version more for recording and the 990 is an open back version more for mixing, but for me both sound great. You don‘t do wrong with either version, I think!
It’s funny because I just ordered a new pair of 770 80Ohms not even 2 days ago and had no idea these existed. But I won’t got back on my purchase, the 770 has never disappointed. The 10ft cable is somewhat annoying but whatever haha
I just ordered the 770 Pro X for 169 from Musician’s Friend…. Call them for better pricing, it is what I did. They took off $30. I normally do not ever use closed back headphones, but there are times I need sound isolation. Thanks for the great review…..
well having closed backs for situations when you need noise isolation is nice. i think youd be happy with 770 pro x, but if it was my money id get 700 pro x. you get 2 cables instead of 1 and more easily serviceable product.
Are these headphones designed more for music producers as opposed to home use? I'm looking into whether I can get some better sound (vs my Apple Airpods) from a wired set of headphones for use with my Apple Mac Mini, iPad and iPhone. Also, would I need a DAC to use these headphones? Thanks for any help you can give me.
Listening to Fleetwood Mac's Rumors and Tusk in 24/96 with the DT-770 Pro's and a cheap Neohipo H1 USB DAC...it's really, really good quality for a sub-$300 setup for production and/or casual listening. The bass extension is revelatory and the staging is out of this world.
Can you help me? I look for a headphone that can be used for recording & mixing. So one that can do everything but is good quality. I need it because my brother works in nightshifts and needs to sleep. But I want to be able to produce, record and to mix music. So can you recommend a headphone that can do it all?
I'm currently looking to upgrade my headset. I really want open back, but the reviews for the dt770 pro x le are swaying me in that direction... I am currently contemplating picking up a DT900 pro x because it seems to be close to the dt770 pro x le, but with open back. Any chance you could provide me with your input between the two?
Thank you for short and good review. Love(d) my 770 pro 250om for many years, BUT 😢 coiled cable was short, heavy and not detachable. On short distance from power amp it pulls head down or just "roll" around, while on long ... there is no long. All that made me to go for pro X. Wait them to arrive soon. 😊
Hi. I'm looking to get my first studio-ish headphones. I've come across ATH M50X and DT 770 pro. I play bass mainly, though I also play keys 🎹 too. What's my best option here? I'm using a focusrite 2i2 3rd gen for now but I've been advised to upgrade to the SSL 2+ or Apollo twin x? Because of price, the SSL looks like a quicker win. I wanna hear your opinion.
I would like to ask two questions. Would you suggest 250 ohm headphones for music production? And secondly, in case of 250 ohm headphones, which amp would you suggest?
yeah but they are not as easy to replace as on 700 pro x. its quite the wiggle to get new earpads in securely on the older 770/880/990 line, whereas on newer 700/900 line they just clip in easily.
For mix and master I use a AKG 812 (expensive but love it) but they are open, so I need a closed headphone for vocal recording, still 770pro LE recommended or better 700pro? Please, I´m still confused
I'm looking for closed headphones and am a fan of Beyerdynamic. I use Sound ID Reference to EQ my Beyerdynamic DT990 because I like more base in my headphones. Do you think I can save some money and go for the DT 770 Pro instead of the DT700 Pro X? I like the design of the old ones more and since I can get more base through Sound ID reference, I dont see any need for the DT700 Pro X.
I can’t see how these can be comparable in sound to the 770 og when they use the same driver as the 700 pro x. I don’t see how it’s any different than the prox
driver is only part of the sound boy. tuning it is key, and 770 pro x is tuned to sound close to original 770s. the driver is just better, so likely has less distortion etc.
I’m trying to see which ones has the best sound quality?c Any thoughts because I’d like to purchase a pair of the beyerdynamic headphones that sound the best. 😊
Will the 990 with detachable cable come too..? And also i noticed the cable connection is not a regular 3.5mm aux connection.. was it a standard XLR connection..?
@@elyad67 oh i didn't know there was such a thing as mini XLR.. either case, I'm guessing its gonna be slightly harder to find a replacement cable.. which kinda defeats the purpose of having a detachable cable..
I wouldn't recommend closed-back headphones for mastering. The DT 880 are very transparent and linear for the price, or the Sennheiser HD 560S. Both are not expensive at all for what you're getting. All 3 closed-back Beyerdynamics are very nice, but more suitable for tracking, maybe mixing. But if you need closed-back headphones and can't afford another open-back, and/or don't want two different pairs of headphones, they might be pretty much the best option out there. I'd rather go for good open-backs, and add cheaper closed-backs for tracking. E. g. the Superlux HD 660 Pro.
I’m planning to gift this to my boyfriend for his birthday and want to know which headphones are good for music production. He is currently using Audio technica m50x. Can you please suggest me is the beyerdynamics dt 770 pro better than audio technica?
I wonder why so many people go on mixing with closed headphones like all these DT7xx? Doesn't the closed system prevent from having a proper stereo soundstage image which is very important when you mix and master? Aren't DT990 more suitable for this mixing and mastering, leaving closed headphones to their more appropriate usage, which is recording and pleasure listening?
I love your videos. Quick question: what audio interface would you recommend to power 250 ohm headphones? I can’t decide between the Scarlet Focusrite 2i2 4th gen and the Motu M2
MOTU M2 for sure. I have DT 880, 600 Ohms, and most interfaces couldn't deliver enough juice for tracking. I finally got the MOTU M4 which drives them loud enough, but I have to crank them to almost 100% when recording. About 50% when listening. I had the Arturia MiniFuse 2 and the UA Volt 2 here as well (both of which should be more powerful than the Focusrite according to Julian Krause): The MiniFuse was too quiet, the Volt 2 was about as powerful as the MOTU but was missing some features that I wanted.
Last month, I ordered the DT 770 Pro limited edition (black not silver ear pads) 80ohm, so I don't have much experience with them. Been a fan of audio technica till now
can someone please help me i bought the dt 770 pr0 250 and i have a scarleet 3rd gene solo realized its not the best can someone please give me better options I use them for recording mixing and making beats.
I had a pair of Sony MDR-7506 headphones, the earpads of which started to peel off after less than a year. Didn't feel like paying half the price of a new pair of MDR-7506s for new earpads, so went with a Audio Technica M50X. Really good headphones but after a bit over a year, same problem with the earpads ; these are cheaper to replace than the Sony's but still, I feel it's time to move away from artificial leather and move on to something a bit more 'premium' with velours earpads. Which led me to Beyerdynamic. I was going to go for these Limited Editions but then I saw that the price of the DT700X is not that much higher : in fact, it's 169 euro for the DT770s, 199 euro for the DT770 Pro X Limited Edition and 239 euro for the DT700 Pro. For only 40 euro, I can get the more premium DT700Xs. Also, as you say, what's with that 'limited edition' ? What if you need to replace something down the road (do the earpads of the regular DT770 fit this limited edition, or the cable from the DT700 Pro X ? Do you think it's worth it going for the DT700X headphones in this case ?
Im listening to this on the 80 ohm dt770 pro limited edition, i bought on amazon new for $160. I can't justify trading my current headphones for these. The detachable cable is a good upgrade, it would be nice to have since the DT770 pro comes with only a 10 foot cable, which can be too long if you want to use it with your phone and having to fold it up into a pocket or bag is annoying. The sound on the 770 pro is hard to beat for the price and the 770 pro is extremely durable and well made already. I might look into getting these if my dt770 pro breaks, but since they are so well made it will probably be at least a decade before that happens xD
Nice and well presented video, but I had to disagree... The new DT 770 PRO X has an entirely different tonality. (compared to my DT 770 PRO 250 ohms, or the 80ohm) If you ever tried the DT 700 X that has a pretty close sound, but with more emphasis bass and highs. The new one also has a narrower soundstage and more recessed + differently toned mid range that I didn't like. It sounds boxy and un-natural with both female and mail voices that resulted an unpleasant listening experience. Anyone that says these headphones are similar in sound, that lies. Even Beyerdynamic.
I use them as a secondary reference just to recheck high and mid frequencies. They are quite revealing up there. But they are not good, you defenetily can not mix and master with those, they lack bass and mid bass.
If your budget is $200, I’d say spend the extra $70 on the 700 Pro X; especially if you plan on using them a lot. Nothing worse than dirty muffs 🤢 If you plan to just casually use them, get the new anniversary edition. Great price with similar functionality. Great video as always 👏
I have the original 770 I bought in 2020. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve actually used them and now the left side of the set no longer works. 1st and last pair.

Guess I'm better off sticking with my DT770(250ohm)'s then? I already had it professionally modded with a detachable cable anyways. What i'd personally LOVE to upgrade to at some point are the Dan Clark Audio E3's as far as closed backs are concerned. $3000 CAD later. ;)
I also had the DT900 Pro X, but they lacked clarity, and barely sounded that much more open than my DT770's. The 900 Pro X's sounded as if there was almost like a veil masking the vocals and overall sound. The clarity just wasn't there.
Then which ones do you recommend for music production and dj’ing in events and such?
So do they hurt ears with highs even more than old 770 pro? :(
@@zwojek Unfortunately yes. For me the highs of the old 770 pro are quite ok. But the highs of the pro x really kindof hurt. I had to send them back because of this.
8:40 you can replace earpads, headband etc on ALL the models, not just dt 700 pro x
right lol idk why he said otherwise
Its just lot harder. on 700 pro x its made lot more easy and for me, they were worth the extra 50 euros over 770 pro x.
@@Dex4Sure its not that hard at all + you dont need to change them every day (well maybe some do but rare). i have had my dt 700pro for about 6 years and only replaced ear pads once and not because the old ones were bad or anything but i just wanted to replace grey ones with black ones. and it takes less than 5 mins to replace them
@@Trichom3 ear pads are also better on 700/900 pro x models
@@Dex4Sure could be, i havent tried them. on my DT 770 pros i never had any ear fatigue, maybe because when i bought them i bent the headband outwards a bit to loosen them.
I got the dt 700 pro x upgraded from 32ohm dt770 pro, I’m super happy about the sound.
I’m also very happy with the look and comfort is superb!!!!!
I have a dt770 pro X and I love it! The sound is amazing and the confort, oohh my god, it's sooo confortable!
Very nice
Thanks for the Super Thanks, Acee!!
Hi Sanjay, what is your opinion on DT-1990 Pro 250 Ohm for mixing and mastering at home studio? Does it worth the premium price over these?
I LOVE the 1990s...the sound is a bit nicer - clearer - but you're definitely paying for the premium build quality. I talk about them here th-cam.com/video/sj2pNpMVCrI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=qeQKgSpsila1hsXe
1990’s are not the move bro. Super harsh treble, and just a genuinely weird frequency response. You have to EQ them if you want them to be accurate at all.
Build quality is wonderful, but that also comes at the cost of being pretty heavy - so even the 990’s are more comfortable for long sessions.
@@SanjayC Thank you for your quick reply. Watched your 1990 review 3 years ago. What is your number 1 "best" headphone for mixing as of today?
@@fofopho thank you for your reply
Easiest sub ever! I love your reviews. Thanks man
Hi SanJay Can u suggest Good headphones for ELeCtroniC Drums...
So i currently have the 900prox, i love them but the headband is already falling apart even tho its been less than a year. i want to sell it agn get another one, is the 770 worth getting? i daily game, music, and i code so i am looking for a close back. or do i get the 700 pro x?
there are official spare parts you can easily buy and repair your 900 pro x... just buy new headband, replace it and you're good to go. these are not some gaming crap that have no spare parts, they are professional gear.
id get 700 pro x if you want closed backs tho
I recently bought the AKG K371: it sounds great and isolates well for recording Vox, acoustic instruments, etc. - no click leaking onto the track. But not that comfortable to wear, to be honest. If I was still looking, I'd probably lean toward the DT770 Pro X now that it's out. Thanks!
I was thinking of taking the AKG K371 too, it is apparently better with 114 db compared to the DT 770 pro X limited édition, the DT 770 pro X is less than that
Anyone know what make/model desk that is at 0:27? I need one with that keyboard slide-out
Is this version good for streaming games?
What’s great for making ambient music ?
Got the dt 770, dt 880 and dt 990 and I‘m very pleased with them … but didn’t know about the 700. thanks for the comparison and showing us your cute doggy. 👍🏻👏🏻🙏🏻
Gotta love the doggy making her appearance in the video. She's usually very good about leaving my gear alone...but the DT 770s are just too tasty, I guess
hello mate! I am between dt 770 pro and 990 pro and dont know what to choose since they are in the same price. What would you suggest?
@@WoeWhisper well, the 770 is a closed version more for recording and the 990 is an open back version more for mixing, but for me both sound great. You don‘t do wrong with either version, I think!
Question: Does this also need as much amplifier power as the 32 ohm? or is it louder?
It’s funny because I just ordered a new pair of 770 80Ohms not even 2 days ago and had no idea these existed. But I won’t got back on my purchase, the 770 has never disappointed. The 10ft cable is somewhat annoying but whatever haha
Hi Sanjay, has the original 770 pro less high/sharpness? Bought the LE version and sometimes the highs sounding bit sharp
I Had the Same issue with the 770 pro x.i Ordered the 700 pro x that are more flat in the highs .
Does it work with my arturia mini fuse 1😢
i have a pair of dt 770 pro 80ohms with a minifuse 2, it works flawlessly
what are the main differences between the 770 pro x and the 990s?
I just bough the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro X I love them... and I'm coming from a senhiser 650, I grather mix with the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro X
Sanjay C, this video is incredibly well done & helpful! Subscribed. Thank you Sir
I really appreciate it, man! 🙏🏼
I just ordered the 770 Pro X for 169 from Musician’s Friend…. Call them for better pricing, it is what I did. They took off $30.
I normally do not ever use closed back headphones, but there are times I need sound isolation. Thanks for the great review…..
Happy Birthday @Sanjay 🎂 🥳
I've got a 990 Pro right now. Any thoughts on the comparison between these and the 770 Pro X?
well having closed backs for situations when you need noise isolation is nice. i think youd be happy with 770 pro x, but if it was my money id get 700 pro x. you get 2 cables instead of 1 and more easily serviceable product.
I'm on the fence between these 3 for bass guitar practice through my amp. Which would be most suitable for this purpose?
Got mine this month, only thing that bothers me is that the ear pads run hot. Any recommendation for a cooler ear pad while keeping same sound stage.
hi great videos in your opinion witch in ear phones are the best with good bass in the price range of 200 dol thanks all the best
The bass extension is revelatory and the staging is out of this world.
hey, how you doin' Sanjay ? I wanted to ask, should I buy sennheiser 650 or Dt 700 pro x for mixing and mastering?
Bro i asked a question between the 770 pro x and 700 pro x for mix/master and he replied the 700 is better for this
Can you help me? I look for a headphone that can be used for recording & mixing. So one that can do everything but is good quality. I need it because my brother works in nightshifts and needs to sleep. But I want to be able to produce, record and to mix music. So can you recommend a headphone that can do it all?
I just bought so happy thx for in depth video :D ❤❤❤
I'm currently looking to upgrade my headset. I really want open back, but the reviews for the dt770 pro x le are swaying me in that direction... I am currently contemplating picking up a DT900 pro x because it seems to be close to the dt770 pro x le, but with open back. Any chance you could provide me with your input between the two?
is this better thah Audeze Maxwell ?
Thank you for short and good review. Love(d) my 770 pro 250om for many years, BUT 😢 coiled cable was short, heavy and not detachable. On short distance from power amp it pulls head down or just "roll" around, while on long ... there is no long. All that made me to go for pro X. Wait them to arrive soon. 😊
Sanjay, do i have to use an amplifier for the 770 Pro X or i can plug it direct to my macbook?
I wanna hear your opinion.
and what is better to take for rock music slipknot or rammstein beyerdynamic dt 770 pro x limited edition or 700 pro x
what about the 900 Pro X? They're the same price in the UK
I would like to ask two questions. Would you suggest 250 ohm headphones for music production? And secondly, in case of 250 ohm headphones, which amp would you suggest?
Which are more comfortable between all three?
Happy Birthday, mate! 🎉
DT-1990 for mixing
770 for recording vocals.
Thanks
Everything is replaceable on dt770 pro’s too. I’ve replaced original ear pads and they sell the other parts like head band replacements too.
yeah but they are not as easy to replace as on 700 pro x. its quite the wiggle to get new earpads in securely on the older 770/880/990 line, whereas on newer 700/900 line they just clip in easily.
@@Dex4Sure nice, yea its a little bit finicky on the older models
For mix and master I use a AKG 812 (expensive but love it) but they are open, so I need a closed headphone for vocal recording, still 770pro LE recommended or better 700pro? Please, I´m still confused
Will I need a headphone amp going through a Scarlett Focusrite 2i2 gen 4 Interface with 250 ohm cans?
I'm looking for closed headphones and am a fan of Beyerdynamic. I use Sound ID Reference to EQ my Beyerdynamic DT990 because I like more base in my headphones. Do you think I can save some money and go for the DT 770 Pro instead of the DT700 Pro X? I like the design of the old ones more and since I can get more base through Sound ID reference, I dont see any need for the DT700 Pro X.
Good publicity. Professionally filmed.
great review man . 2 thumbs up
What is your best headphone recommendation for plugging into a digital piano that won't break the bank? Thank you.
What happened with your old speakers?
I can’t see how these can be comparable in sound to the 770 og when they use the same driver as the 700 pro x.
I don’t see how it’s any different than the prox
driver is only part of the sound boy. tuning it is key, and 770 pro x is tuned to sound close to original 770s. the driver is just better, so likely has less distortion etc.
I just picked up a set yesterday at Sweetwater. They are a huge upgrade from my $80 Akg headphones.
Are the 770 pro x le good for just listening to music?
Good morning Sanjay. Im another happy 770 user. I will have to look at these.
Yeah, good if you need a future proof second pair too!
I’m trying to see which ones has the best sound quality?c Any thoughts because I’d like to purchase a pair of the beyerdynamic headphones that sound the best. 😊
very helpful thanks
Which DT headphones are good for rap/trap , boom bap.. I'm very bass savy
Will the 990 with detachable cable come too..? And also i noticed the cable connection is not a regular 3.5mm aux connection.. was it a standard XLR connection..?
Mini XLR to 3.5mm
@@elyad67 oh i didn't know there was such a thing as mini XLR.. either case, I'm guessing its gonna be slightly harder to find a replacement cable.. which kinda defeats the purpose of having a detachable cable..
@residentzero Yes you're right.. i did search after i made the comment and found some on amazon.. i stand corrected..
How well will the 770x work for mastering in a home studio?
I wouldn't recommend closed-back headphones for mastering. The DT 880 are very transparent and linear for the price, or the Sennheiser HD 560S. Both are not expensive at all for what you're getting. All 3 closed-back Beyerdynamics are very nice, but more suitable for tracking, maybe mixing. But if you need closed-back headphones and can't afford another open-back, and/or don't want two different pairs of headphones, they might be pretty much the best option out there. I'd rather go for good open-backs, and add cheaper closed-backs for tracking. E. g. the Superlux HD 660 Pro.
how about the DT 770 M?
Rock on! 🤘🏼
I’m planning to gift this to my boyfriend for his birthday and want to know which headphones are good for music production. He is currently using Audio technica m50x. Can you please suggest me is the beyerdynamics dt 770 pro better than audio technica?
For mix/master what is better 770 pro x or 700 pro x? Help please
I would go for the 700
@@SanjayC thanks very much
I wonder why so many people go on mixing with closed headphones like all these DT7xx?
Doesn't the closed system prevent from having a proper stereo soundstage image which is very important when you mix and master?
Aren't DT990 more suitable for this mixing and mastering, leaving closed headphones to their more appropriate usage, which is recording and pleasure listening?
Notification Squad 💚
The squad is here! Let's get this day started!
The regular DT 770 is still the GOAT for me. Too good to move on from honestly 😅
I love your videos. Quick question: what audio interface would you recommend to power 250 ohm headphones? I can’t decide between the Scarlet Focusrite 2i2 4th gen and the Motu M2
What about the dragonfly cobalt?
MOTU M2 for sure. I have DT 880, 600 Ohms, and most interfaces couldn't deliver enough juice for tracking. I finally got the MOTU M4 which drives them loud enough, but I have to crank them to almost 100% when recording. About 50% when listening. I had the Arturia MiniFuse 2 and the UA Volt 2 here as well (both of which should be more powerful than the Focusrite according to Julian Krause): The MiniFuse was too quiet, the Volt 2 was about as powerful as the MOTU but was missing some features that I wanted.
For mixing 700 or 770x?
700 I think - a little more balanced.
Thanks for your kind reply 🙏
Last month, I ordered the DT 770 Pro limited edition (black not silver ear pads) 80ohm, so I don't have much experience with them. Been a fan of audio technica till now
can someone please help me i bought the dt 770 pr0 250 and i have a scarleet 3rd gene solo realized its not the best can someone please give me better options I use them for recording mixing and making beats.
When can I come and record ?
Anytime! Let's get creative!
Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO x or 1770?
Hi great video, custom cans do lots of mods for the 770. These headphones are lot cheaper thank sennheiser hd 650 660 etc
(compared to my DT 770 PRO 250 ohms, or the 80ohm)
If you ever tried the DT 700 X that has a pretty close sound, but with more emphasis bass and highs.
They can be cleaned, and ultimately be replaced.
I have the original 770 I bought in 2020. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve actually used them and now the left side of the set no longer works. 1st and last pair.
The bass is different from Dt 770 Limited edition and the 80 ohm 770. Limited edition is loud straight from the get go due to the low ohm.
I love them so freaking much
I have DT 700 pro x and sound quality is worth every cents.
Yeah they should update DT 880 and DT 990 to Pro X as well and DT 770 Pro X shouldn't be just limited edition either.
