Agreed. Natalie is providing lots of excellent exercises for us geezer golfers. I'm 70, had lumbar fusion 2 years ago, and have been away from golf for close to 15 years. Started pilates and decided I'd try golf again. I've been incorporating several of Natalie's exercises in my stretching routines. Hoping that by next spring I can have some semblance of a game again. These are good exercises for anyone.
Great stuff Thanks for doing more for seniors It feels that most golf Exercises and mobility programs are designed for young and already in great shape This helps us older players greatly Thank you!!
And yet again another outstanding video. I love how you explain the right way, and equally important, the wrong way to do your exercises! As winter approaches here I am building a library of your videos so I can work on my golf game. Awhile back I had asked for videos for us old geezers, and you listened. I hope you know how appreciated your efforts are. You are the best. Thank you.
What could I say ... Just great videos! Why didn't I find it this channel earlier!?? Thank you so much for all the exercises and the great explanation!
Thank you Natalie - exactly as promised. I will get into these today. Sometimes it's hard to accept being a "senior golfer", but now being mid 50s I am certainly seeing reductions in my swing mobility. I have a 14yo son who is almost scratch and I would like to beat him at least a couple more times before it's too late! These will really help my last ditch crusade! Cheers from Sydney - David 😁
Hope you're well, thanks a million for your excellent videos, even though just 50,had rotator cuff injury and elbow surgery, so limited on backswing, find these exercises excellent, greetings from windy South West Ireland
Hello Natalie, thank you for your video, the recommendations are very useful. With the first exercise could you use a club say a driver instead of the band?
Hi Anthony I would just do it without the band if you don't have one. You want the width from your arms and a club would narrow the width slightly (unless it's a trick shot driver 🤣)
@@larryhill7229 Hi Larry for the first exercise aim for 20 reps (10 each side) you can hold for 3s each rep and for the second exercise aim for 12 reps each side and hold for 3s each rep.
I tried this. Actually I am working on this. I ordered the bands but am currently using a broom handle. I’m not even to the LEG on the arm side yet!! 🤦♂️ It has to help. Thanks!! I think. Maybe get some old farts in there too?? Give us hope.
The first exercise is great, but after 2 knee replacements, I cannot endure the pain/discomfort of performing an exercise on my hands and knees. Sorry, but 1 out of 2 isn’t terrible.

Excellent thank you so much!

Nice stretch exercises
thank you!
Thank you for the excellent content, however what strenth band would you recommend please ?
Hi James, the red band is 15-35lbs in strength. This is ideal for most exercises I demonstrate.
Makes good sense, Thanks
👍👍
Thank you
👍👍
Hello Natalie. Do you also have to do do the second exercise with the other arm?
Hey Bruno, I recommend doing both sides, then you are rotating on both right and left hand side 💪🏻
thanks what size or tension band would be good to use for this.
The red band I am using is 15-35lb strength. This is good for most exercises I will use it for.
thanks
Really useful

No offence but I hate this generic ageist condescending rubbish. Getting old sucks but we all do it in different ways.
