@@TimLeeLetsGo Hi there! if you are looking at Australia? we are in Mildura top of the Victorian State. Home to grapes and oranges started originally by two Canadian brothers.
Tim, really appreciate your transparency in giving people credit for what they do and that they covered your bill. Other food and travel and slot channels never reveal the stuff that the casinos provide.
Love the video, Tim you are the most polite person on TH-cam, we love that you are so respectful to the people that put food together for us at the buffets, take care.
I ate a bowl of fruit for breakfast, 2 apple juices, and then half a milky way bar around 1pm with some water. How you ate all those delicious things a few hours before the race is amazing! I guess its true every runner knows whats best for themselves with their pre-race regimen! Well done!
I completed a number of half marathons and 10k runs when I was much younger. I am a big man , and so whilst very fit at the time, ran pretty slowly. They nearly killed me. So, Kudos to you, Tim for taking part. You're still the most polite and courteous man on YT in my opinion.
@@TimLeeLetsGo Thank you. I will look back with pride on past achievements, but look for something new to keep me fit! Nice way of saying no to more running. The joints are past it!
I grew up watching Buddy's show "cake boss", him having a restaurant and it not being filled to the brim with decorative, fondant covered rice crispy treat monstrosities... or "cakes" is so wild and expectation shattering 😅
The staff look equally as cringed out by Tim calling them by name, acting like they're best buddies! You can see them thinking "Do I know him or is he "special" 😂
Coca Cola needs to sponsor you, too, Tim. You're just advertising for them for free, but they haven't yet seen the great reviews and contents you've shown on your channel. Great video here as always!
Never been to Buddy V's(just the Bakery)... so many Restaurants to try in Vegas. After the buffet I would have been done before The Wynn from Venetian never mind a half marathon. Congratulations on the run Tim.
I’m watching this two and a half days into a three day fast I have to do before a medical procedure. You’re not torturing me Tim .Honest! It actually makes me feel good to watch you eat
Looks like an amazing buffet! Thank you for taking us along with you! And yes, very brave going in to a yummy buffet with a 1/2 marathon scheduled on the same day!
According to Google, you should eat 3-4 hours before running 13 miles. Lots of carbs in Italian food. Glad you filled yourself up before your run. Bravo!
Hi Tim, glad you got to Vegas again...that pasta was orecchiette ( little ears)....🎉🎉🎉 wow..a half marathon 🏃 good for you ❤❤❤ thanks again for always bringing us along ❤
I’m of Italian/Sicilian heritage and my mouth was watering watching you enjoy this buffet. You will have to return when you aren’t scheduled to run a half marathon so we can experience a taste of even more. By the way, a good Italian always dunks their cookies. 😂🌹👍🏻
@@TimLeeLetsGo … Yes, it did. Of course some foods aren’t at their most satisfying when served in a buffet setting, but most looked delectable and seemed to satisfy your palate.
Quick Story; Buddy V was in town, many moons ago. Driving his Yellow Corvette recklessly, got pulled over for DUI. The cuffs go on and he barkes at the cops, "Heyyyyyyyy, Don't you know who I AM?!?!?" 😂
I remember that story in the news, I was gonna post the same as you but you saved me the work. Also why I will not go to this buffet - many other good places owned by better people in town
OMG!🎉🎉congrats on the half marathon run. lol😂, “ i can use a cannoli now.” you are so funny. Las Vegas strip is one of my fav place for food and shows. great vid.
I'm impressed! All that food and then running. Did look so good I can see why you kept trying dishes. The broccoli, sausage and orecchiette is one of my favorite things to make. I use shell pasta as I cannot get orecchiette here. Hello from a very wet Oregon.
OMG TIM!!! I am AMAZED you finished the run after all that food, you must have a strong constitution!! The most you are supposed to consume is a SMALL bowl of oatmeal 4 hours before!! I completed the Manitoba Marathon when I was 18 (26 miles) and that was incredibly tough...
I grew up in Winnipeg and graduated at 17 from High School did that Marathon when I was 18 and then joined the Army. I got shrapnel in my leg fighting in Kosovo so my running days are over, just weight-training these days, 3 days a week done in circuit-training fashion for cardio benefit as well (you end up sweating like crazy as it is basically non-stop)...
Thank you so much and it was great speaking with you both. On my way back, I ended up in a place called alley, and then to the Chinatown area. Sydney appears to have the best Chinatown in the world
@@TimLeeLetsGoso many good food places near Chinatown! if you have a chance I’d recommend Gumshara Ramen for a very thick ramen broth that a lot of people here love! We recommended Bay Nine for omakase but if you’re able to get a booking at Kuon theirs is excellent too! If you’re around Wynyard, I love Totti’s for their woodfire bread, have it with burrata and tomatoes and any other sides! I also love Ragazzi as well as their sister shop, Fabbrica Pasta shop, for their pasta! If you like Vietnamese food you have to travel out to Cabramatta (where I am) or Bankstown! I can talk about food all day, I love going to places to try new food 😂 We don’t have Michelin stars here but we do chefs hats instead, almost any of the chef hats places will be amazing. My top pick as I said yesterday is definitely Lumi, the one that does fusion Italian and Japanese :)
Enjoyed this video. I ate at this buffet about a month ago. It is my favorite. The selection may be small but the quality is unmatched. A couple of things. I ate every one of the desserts and you really missed out by not trying the cheesecake. I told my wife if I had it to over again I would skip every other dessert and just eat 3 or 4 of the cheesecakes. Also the French Toast off of the ordering menu was heavenly.
Hi yes you run after the buffet, right to digest better the food.Tell me if you did eat at Golden steer Steak. it amazing place the bigest lobster taill and husge alaskan King crab and the best steak rib , it si worth it a bit $$$$ worth it
Tim, someone should have warned you about the coffee in Vegas. It's the water. The coffee sucks in Vegas! They should try using spring water for the coffee. 😅😅
Everything looked great Tim, except the tomato soup - not a fan. The shrimp, various meats, potatoes, pastas, and pizzas all had my stomach growling - very yummy.
