- In today's video, we wanted to do another review of a restaurant in Mount Dora, Florida. This time we wanted to try The Salted Fry which recently moved to a new location in downtown Mount Dora. They have now taken over the building that used to be Edge on 3 coffee. As far as location goes, it is in a great location! They really have decorated it well. The menu has a lot of sandwich and fry options. We went with two separate sandwiches and two types of fries. We liked each one of them but after eating half, we realized how much meat is on it. It’s a lot! It’s also all gluten free which is nice. Everything is 100% gluten free. As far as pricing, it is expensive for sandwiches, which is why we would share next time. However, you are paying for gluten free and a restaurant downtown Mount Dora. The staff was very nice and helpful and there is outdoor seating. Overall, we liked it but would try something else next time to see what other sandwiches are like and we would more than likely share. She helps out here and there but has a new job. I didn’t recognize anyone in the video. I’m sure they’ve hired more people since they’ve moved. The owners and staff are great people!

Unfortunately they won't be doing anything with the train car. Believe it or not that is a different owner than the owner of the building Salted Fry is in or at least it's a separate lease to get the train car.
So they can't use it unless they were to sign an additional lease just for that train car. Weird isn't it?

@@thealtemlifeYes when magical was still there they used it as additional seating. I didn't know it was separate until they moved out and a friend looked into leasing the spot. So sadly, for now, the train car just sits as a decoration.
I love your videos and reviews. I have but one question. Seems like you two eat out quite a bit. Safe to say I am rather jealous. How in gods green earth do you two appear to remain fit!?!? Advice would be appreciated.
This is funny! We appreciate the comment! As far as staying fit, we definitely aren’t as fit as we once were but with doing these videos, we are constantly in the move. There are also days during the week that we exercise just to stay on top of it all. The biggest thing for us is to get our steps in!
