Hi Brad Just came across your video wish I saw it sooner. Last year my boyfriend and i took a break for 5months and we got back together, last week he said he needed space to understand himself better and also focus more on himself and being in a relationship or around his friend is not helping him as he called it scary times. He suggested we both work on ourselves be4 committing again
How does it feel after the break was everything nice? My girlfriend asked about a break With me so now we been on break for 3 days any tips because i don’t want to loose her 🙏🏼
Hey Brad I spoke to my ex last Monday. He mentioned still healing from the hurtful things I said. In also he don’t see a future with me. I told him if he didn’t see anything with me then to block my number and delete. He agreed n said he’ll delete it that night. He hasn’t blocked me yet. We were together for 7 months and basically lived together planned a whole life ahead. We broke up 3 months ago.
Plans versus the reality of trying to turn it into reality takes a lot of grounding and oftentimes compromise and a great degree of compatibility to make that happen. Since it's been many months since the breakup, it's best to consider the facts I've mentioned here first as this lets you determine whether there's still a real shot or not: th-cam.com/video/YVViZmY2x0I/w-d-xo.html and/or take the free quiz at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Good luck!
Here are the most common reasons for being blocked and my thoughts about it, including what to do: y2u.be/s52sRweJlm8 and don't forget to take the quiz if you still have questions on what to do after, at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Best of luck!
Me and my girlfriend (same sex couples) broke up last week after she saw someone she claim to love two years ago. She broke up with me and wanted to pursue the girl in the future. She said she cannot see me in her future but she really cares for me. We've been living together for 4 years and she just throw that away. It hurts. Right now, we still live in the same roof but I am planning to live out as fast as I can. She said its better for us to stay together for awhile after the break up so that we can accept the situation and get used with it. What should I do? Please help me
What if you gone 15 years with no contact but had open lines of communication with small little talk for the 15 years and then they found out you were getting a divorce and now they’re talking to you consistently every day and they’ve mentioned that they want to be friends, but they also Feel that you’re the one for them after all these years We both have felt the same way about each other, but did not spoke on the phone or video chatted in 15 years. How would you go about a scenario like that?
That sounds promising. Just take it easy and be sure to get to know each other again to gauge compatibility since a lot of changes can happen in all those years. But overall a good start! Watch this, too: th-cam.com/video/xlqCSxrAMeE/w-d-xo.html and check out the other vids from my channel too, but in the future if you're still not sure how to proceed, just sign up for my coaching program at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching
Hi Brad - thank you for your advice. I took the quiz and got 71 (fading fast). Although during the breakup, she was 50/50 and kept saying she didn't know if she was doing the right decision which ultimately made me "somewhat" push the breakup. What would you recommend?
Fading fast and therefore the need to act fast means to play your cards right from the get-go and not mess things up further, basically. Here's a quick overview: th-cam.com/video/xgR03RcU8mw/w-d-xo.html It's time to find a more positive outlet for your emotions. It's totally okay to cry your eyes out (just NOT in front of your ex and definitely not in social media), this is healthy, but try to balance it with other stuff. So keep your mind occupied, get busy with a lot of stuff like hobbies, work, etc. focus on what makes you feel good and take time to heal as well. Also read my Ex Factor Guide, which covers commonly possible ‘what if’ scenario and will give you pretty much everything you need to know, so read it many times over until you master it. The aim of the guide is basically to put you in the best position to get your ex back...and to avoid the pitfalls to increase your chances altogether. Check it out at www.breakupbrad.com Good luck!
Hey brad He said he doesn't want to be in a relationship so i said 'okay but I'll be waiting for you. If you change your mind I'll be there' . I don't know what to do am afraid of losing him What can i do now???
You ought to be doing/saying the exact opposite of what you've just told your ex. He won't likely see your value again if you keep waiting around for him, regardless of your intention. Here are some tips to remember if you're trying to win an ex back and how important Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) is: th-cam.com/video/STLjybyiaBQ/w-d-xo.html
I don't know if i want to cut contact, I am very sad of missing her out, she's saying she wanted to move on... I really love her more than anything in this world, I think having no contact with her will probably make her think I'm not willing to have her anymore... But she still says doesn't want me anymore whenever I bring up the relationship again... Brad, what do I do? I don't want to miss my babe 💔
If she dumped you, the right move would be to give each other space. If you want your ex back, then keep track of what you've been doing to see if it's productive or not. Here's a quick overview of what needs to happen: th-cam.com/video/ECCZm_mqzKg/w-d-xo.html Have you checked out my Ex Factor Guide 2.0 yet? It may help a ton, along with bonus texting materials to send your ex. Hey Brand I breakup with my ex girlfriend and she told to move on ,she don’t want me,before she told me that, she don’t love me like before and we date for 5 years and because of people told her something about me so she mad at me and sadly after 7 month she told me to breakup with her what can I do 🥺🥺🥺 i beg her for one month then I stay quiet now one month so it’s two months should I call her or text her?? Please help me I love her
Yes, you can try reach out to your ex after the 30 days straight of "no contact" period is over. In doing so, it's best to treat the situation with fresh eyes, so it's crucial to keep things fun and light and gently coax your ex into responding the same way. Here are the basics on what to do when it comes down to it. I also suggest you watch from start to the end and NOT skip any parts so you can maximize these tips: th-cam.com/video/7PcfGeJqUYo/w-d-xo.html including asking yourself these very important questions to ask yourself before starting the process: th-cam.com/video/t6I5k55pnCE/w-d-xo.html but if you need the step-by-step process on what to do, including what to text or say during the process, either hire me as your coach, refer to my other vids or get the 2.0 version of my Ex Factor Guide at www.breakupbrad.com
My ex told me today that he wants to have phone sex with me but it'll only make things worse and that he's scared that if we talked about it that we'll end up back together he basically keeps changing his mind the more we talk he still loves me
Make yourself scarce. Remember, he's an ex and no longer your boyfriend so give him something to chase while he makes up his mind. Please refer to my other channel here for more tips: www.youtube.com/@BradBrowning/videos Good luck!
Hey Brad, my girlfriend broke up with me a couple of days ago because she says that she needs time to figure out her future and her problems. She is graduating from university in the next few months and she has been scared of the future since she does not know exactly what she wants to do or what she wants out of life. Our relationship has been healthy throughout all categories, and when we broke up she was as devastated, if not more, as me. She said that we she wants to be with me and that she hopes we can work things out when she figures out her growth and future. If she says that and means it, what are the odds of things working out if I already broke no contact less than a week in? Thanks.
Sorry to hear that. It has different effects for every couple so there's no "one size fits all" when it comes to your odds after you've broken the no contact rule. However, I do suggest you take the free quiz to see what your chances are, at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz and watch this, too: th-cam.com/video/7PRx8XXmgrU/w-d-xo.html
I say generally it's still fair game unless you see most if not all the signs that your ex is over you. Here's the vid: th-cam.com/video/ZyJRphwDca4/w-d-xo.html and especially if those signs prevail over a prolonged period of time. If you're asking about your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. However, your situation may be unique, so I suggest you take the free quiz as it hits on the critical elements that will determine your chances depending on your answers. In other words, my quiz can give you a more accurate answer than I can since as you may have noticed, there are various factors at play here which needs to be looked at as well as your own actions after the breakup. Hey coach, my ex and I broke up 2months ago. At first we casually talk but as time passes by she became more cold to the point that she doesn't response to my messages anymore. Last day we got into a big fight because I overreacted to a situation that leads her to block me all over socmed and every connection we had. I am losing hope, is there still a chance for us to be back? I really want to apologize but I can't since I'm blocked. I am so worried since I just worsen the situation as it is. But after she blocked me, she still opens my facebook account since I didn't change my password since we broke up. But I always deleted my conversations with my friends and family for her not to read it. What does it mean coach? Should I change my password? Do I have to approach her? Maybe she's just waiting for me to contact her or should I remain still? It's been 6days since she blocked me everywhere. Help.
Change your password to prevent any awkwardness. And yes, if you wanna try with your ex, you can reach out to your ex after the 30 days straight of "no contact" period is over. In doing so, it's best to treat the situation with fresh eyes, so it's crucial to keep things fun and light and gently coax your ex into responding the same way. Here are the basics on what to do when it comes down to it. This isn't really a concerning issue, at least initially, unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/s52sRweJlm8 So give it time. If you stay blocked after months though, then that’s another story, especially if you have no other means of communication or have no mutual friends. More about that on here: th-cam.com/video/5UT92IB5ugs/w-d-xo.html Anyway social media should be the least of your concerns. Focus on all three phases and your ex may naturally unblock you, in time, as you learn to rebuild that attraction and re-attract this ex back to your life.. Here are the basics of all three phases to getting an ex back: th-cam.com/video/aeGNPBdpnsI/w-d-xo.html and social-media wise, here (but then again, don't let it become your sole focus) : th-cam.com/video/D1GpR5MApQk/w-d-xo.html Good luck!
Does this still apply if it's eight months since you split up? We're on speaking terms, but we don't have any regular contact. I ran in to her 2-3 weeks ago and we had a long nice chat. We hugged and said "see you around". Would the things in the video still be applicable if I were to try to get back together or should I see this as a whole new relationship like it was someone you met for the first time?
Yes, it should help, but remember that getting an ex back is a process and for the most part, it's best to treat it like a new relationship/fresh eyes where you two had hopefully became better versions of yourselves and learned from the breakup.
That's no news. The "no contact" rule usually comes naturally to the dumpers. Learn the 3 basic phases I teach in my Ex Factor Guide. It helps to learn the basics of my 3R system here first, so you'll have an idea on how to go about it on your end: y2u.be/7JtmVbDkblw
My gf and i broke up days ago, i noticed she is in dating app, she blocked me on IG but not on fb(she just locked her profile) yesterday we have a common friend and that friend i asked how is she doing and asked if she ranted or vented about me, but then my friend just said "we tried to talk about you to her but she just didnt want to talk or ignore the topic". Do i have a chance to get her back?
It looks your ex is taking the time to process the breakup and so should you. There's no need to block her though. As to your chances, I say generally it's still fair game unless you see most if not all the signs that your ex is over you. Here's the vid: th-cam.com/video/ZyJRphwDca4/w-d-xo.html and especially if those signs prevail over a prolonged period of time. Nice tips ive been reading but you're the best. I have txt yesterday her and she responded. Now 1 week after a peaceful breakup of a 6 month relationship.. she tell me she had fun and good time on Fridays since together was special. I ended up to feel free to call if she need and she telle me the same. And she ask again she wants to be friends..that part is ruff but i may be able to get her back? Thanks
Hi, thanks for watchin. It's too soon to be interacting, and being friends for now is out of the question. Focus on yourself first and employ the 30-day "no contact" rule. Apply the tips from this vid. Please watch from start to end so you'll see and maybe agree why being friends right after a breakup is a bad idea: th-cam.com/video/SWERv_y3c5w/w-d-xo.html Good luck!
Hey Brad I haven’t talked with my gf for 5 weeks now she still has 1-2 photos on her ig page with me although she deleted the rest , I want to talk to her but the last message she send me after the breakup was , what should I do?
Does she always give you anxiety or was it that just one time during the breakup? It's best you think this over. Is the relationship worth saving? If yes, then you can reach out to your ex after the 30 days straight of "no contact" period is over. In doing so, it's best to treat the situation with fresh eyes, so it's crucial to keep things fun and light and gently coax your ex into responding the same way. Here are the basics on what to do when it comes down to it. Hi Brad I’m in a tricky situation I’m in the middle of no contact it’s working well I think I’m improving myself in this time I’m a bit torn we’ve only been in no contact for about a week and she’s already showing signs of weakness do you think I should text her happy birthday on her birthday any help would be appreciated (her bday is around the corner)
It’s fine to send a quick one-line Happy Birthday text (or meme is maybe even better actually) during No Contact. Stick to NC for another 2 weeks minimum though (or how many more remaining weeks you have to complete the 30-day rule) even if your ex replies to your birthday text. Good luck!

Sorry to hear it. You absolutely need to take care of yourself first before anything else. The change all starts from you. Silence is key and here's why: th-cam.com/video/zw0ChuXCEmw/w-d-xo.html Anyway things must really be awful for you to be feeling that way. Treatment and/or working with a counsellor will help you feel better. Get a referral from your doctor or call 1-800-273-8255 to talk to someone 24/7 who can connect you with help from a licensed counsellor for free. In all honesty, I do think you can probably get your ex back, but you need to make sure you're in a good place yourself first before you'll have a chance to do that, so talk to a counselor or call the number above if you need help getting there. All the best!
How do you show your ex what your doing during no contact (ie 'moving on' living life to the fullest) if hes not on social media and you dont have any mutual friends? Any help greatly appreciated 😊
This is a very common question, I decided to include it in my video here, around the 4-minute mark: th-cam.com/video/XodgaAi8EbM/w-d-xo.html but if none of those apply, just do the rest of the tips. Good luck!

Hey man, your case (and it's really more common than you think) is one of the reasons why it's never a good idea to continue talking to an ex right after a breakup. Here are the most common reasons for being blocked and my thoughts about it, including what to do: y2u.be/s52sRweJlm8 and don't forget to take the quiz if you still want to know what your chances are and/or still have questions on what to do after, at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz

Or just let her? I am so confused. I am so desperate to get her back again but idk what to do since she blocked me.
No. Assess the risks first if it's all worth it. Remember, meeting up when you're both not ready will only alienate your ex further, and that's best case scenario. Worst case scenario will land you a spot in the dreaded friendzone. Watch this first: th-cam.com/video/Jzb18j7ZMPE/w-d-xo.html but if you're both ready, watch this video on how to tell as well as how tips for you on tipping the odds to your favor: th-cam.com/video/eJPGrkuQnm0/w-d-xo.html Best of luck!
What if he calls whenever he wants with excuses, btw only me talking and him saying excuses like he don't have time bla bla bla for later saying ill call u later (which is not the same day) and disappear again should I ignore the next call? Or should I sound uninterested.
This highly depends on how long it's been since the breakup. If you've had some time apart where there's zero contact for at least 30 days, then you can try to meet him halfway. Otherwise if the breakup happened within 30 days, then unless your situation falls under one or more of the scenarios here: th-cam.com/video/ek_4wpkV66c/w-d-xo.html AND th-cam.com/video/W7iC-gHmZ2A/w-d-xo.html it's best you ignore contact from your ex. If your ex continues to reach out to you during the no contact stage, however, then this really depends on the frequency and nature of the contact from your ex and whether or not you've reached the phase where you're supposed to be talking again. The only exception is if your ex asks for you back and is sincere about it. If your ex continually messages you, then it’s important to put your ex’s messages into context, more so if this happened during the “no contact” phase. Is your ex trying to contact you about something really important, like an emergency, unpaid bills, or something equally urgent? These are reasons to respond, including messages where they get angry due to your lack of response. Discussed that in full detail here: th-cam.com/video/GTjEAGJWTuA/w-d-xo.html So if your ex is really just texting some useless random stuff and/or asses their power over you, then you can just ignore and continue on with the 30-day "no contact" rule. Use your discretion. Watch and follow the tips here: th-cam.com/video/bgOG9s1fac8/w-d-xo.html
Oh wow! How was it? Since it's been many years since the breakup, it's best to consider the facts I've mentioned here first as this lets you determine whether there's still a real shot or not: th-cam.com/video/YVViZmY2x0I/w-d-xo.html and/or take the free quiz at www.breakupbrad.com/quiz Good luck!
You're referring to a fairy tale that only exists in the movies. While love plays a crucial role in a relationship, it's not the only determining factor whether or not a relationship works. In real life, nobody's perfect, so the right one can sometimes run, and 99% of the time, you play a role in the breakup too. But I'm not saying you should get back together. This solely depends on you, whether or not you think your ex and/or the relationship is worth a second try.

Until one day, when he victim blamed me for why I didn't want to have anything to do with his friends outside of work. That was when I gave him a 2 minutes warning! Brad i have a question. So me and my girlfriend dated for a year everything was good and we had amazing moments tigether. But along the way she broke up with me do to me being stressed to much about work. She always wanted me to change my ways and be better but i never did. She has a new boyfriend which is a rebound. Me and her still talk here and there, i have apologize to her and she wants me to meet up with her tuesday to give her back her stuff that she has at my house. I asked her if i can build me and her tust back together and show her i changed, and she said yes. Do i still have a chance on getting back with her?
This really depends on a ton of things. What type of changes? If you do have to make some changes, then do it for yourself and never for anyone else, okay? See, making changes for the sake of someone is considered seeking validation, and that's an unattractive trait in and of itself… so it naturally won't do anything to rebuild the attraction necessary to get your ex back in the long run. On the other hand, if these are changes that you know within yourself that you need to make, then it's important to take time so be sure you aren’t rushing it because permanent, lasting changes don't happen overnight and your ex can actually see through it. Also, pain (that's why your ex dumped you) is a very good teacher and motivator not to mention a huge catalyst, so making these changes within yourself in order for the possibility to come back together stronger and better is what you can expect and you will be able to use this progress if not for your ex, then with someone new. Does that make sense?

I haven't spoken to my ex for 6 weeks now he blocked me on everything I don't think he wants me back.

My ex is also blocked me on everything after he broke up with me(3weeks)😔 I know how hard it is😭
I m trying all my best I can to win her back what more could I do to take her back please,
Me and my girlfriend (same sex couples) broke up last week after she saw someone she claim to love two years ago.
Hey brad
He said he doesn't want to be in a relationship so i said 'okay but I'll be waiting for you. If you change your mind I'll be there' .
I don't know what to do am afraid of losing him
What can i do now???
Hey Brand
I breakup with my ex girlfriend and she told to move on ,she don’t want me,before she told me that, she don’t love me like before and we date for 5 years and because of people told her something about me so she mad at me and sadly after 7 month she told me to breakup with her what can I do 🥺🥺🥺 i beg her for one month then I stay quiet now one month so it’s two months should I call her or text her??
Should I remove my location or should I show I’m having fun on social media
Yes, there's no need to share location with your ex anymore, if that's what you used to do while in a relationship. A little mystery is fine!
Can the process still work? After I done those things but now after watching your videos I have stepped back from him....PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE...

Why all no contact ? What if we hang out even she don't want after i do no contact is it still okay ?

I don't think I want her anymore.
She got into drugs.
Whats the point of getting the ex back?
Believe me!
If I'm inlove with someone, that person wouldn't be my ex!

I thought he was the most wonderful person in this universe.
Until he cheated on mẹ!
I was young, innocent, and I kinda slow at pulling my trouser down.
He called his ex, spent the weekend banging her.
He was so proud of himself for what he did. He admitted to me!
I thought that was wonderful.
I didnt date anyone still.
Until one day, when he victim blamed me for why I didn't want to have anything to do with his friends outside of work.

I thought this guy needs some dícipline.
He asked me:
"Why are you only nice to me?"
*Because you are nice to me.
"Why can't you be nice to my friends, too?"
I asked him:
"Do you know what they did to me, when you are not around?"
He didnt have much to say.
Only I know, who I should be nice to! If I not so passionate about someone, it means that person doesnt deserve my kindness. He/she is not on the same level of my social standard, and that may be the reason why I don't talk to them.

I can never be wrong about that.
So, my 2 minutes warning was:
"I'm giving you 2 minutes to decide. Its me, or your friends!"
When 2 minutes was up. I asked him again. He said, he couldn't decide, while his friends had already called another girl to come to take me place!
Confidently I told him:
"If you are so indecisive about it, let me do that for us.

From now on, you and I are no longer connected.
Just act like you don't know me, whenever you see me at work. Don't say hì, don't say anything to me, and I will do the same.

Yup. I was pretty dumb I love!

Good lord, why on earth would I even want to get back with any of my exes? They're all exes for a reason!
Like I always say, the decision is ultimately up to you since you know your relationship and your ex better than anyone else on here. And alas, not every ex is worth all the trouble. It's up to you to decide who is worth fighting for at one of the toughest of battles you face in your relationship. Best of luck!
