What are your recommendations for good places to live without an HOA and a place to park an RV on at least 1 acre? I actually live in one of the neighborhoods you mentioned and the HOA will literally send a letter with a pic of the home and say weeds growing near the road or the trash can left out the day after trash day with a fine. Mind you, these incidents only happened one time, but it's a little ridiculous to me. I'm looking for something around the $400-$550K price range. But I'm guessing that price range will likely come with an HOA.
99.9% of them do Iris, do have HOA's. Depends on what you're looking for, new build or existing? There are a few non HOA neighborhoods and one that is HOA but really loose on restrictions that may be right fit for you. Shoot me an email and I'll provide info: raadalawan@gmail.com
@@raadalawanrealtor thanks! Looking to move back to SA/TX (which I dreaded living there twice b4) in December but am in need of an alternative. We’re small town family & love the mountains/woody feel. Acreage is what I’m hoping to invest in. NB seems right.
Great video once again. However, on future videos, can you go into other good neighborhoods between $250000-325000 range. Thank you
Will do Terry, thank you for idea! Those are closer to the city (not downtown though), plenty of pop up new developments that start mid 200's
Thank you for the video. I just both a lot in Vintage Oaks, I love the place.
Oh that's great Iris, congrats. V.O. is running out of lots so you got in at the right time! Who is your builder?
Great videos thanks for the help
Anytime and thanks Bigg!

Is the property tax as high as SA/TX?
Avg. property tax in NB is 2.21. In some NB/Spring Branch areas it's 1.67-1.89.
