Nice video but Meadows and Tobin Hill should not be on the list though . Should have Olmos Park , The Dominion …Fair Oak Ranch , Shavano Park , King Williams district
Agree 100% The places they didn't mention have MUCH lower crime. Anything inside 410 is high crime, and even between 410 and 1604 isn't so good anymore. Most of these "young people" in the inner city are from elsewhere, I suspect. Most native young people move out of the city, especially if they have kids.
Texas is a very expensive place to live. Homes and property taxes are very expensive and property taxes are outrageous. Cost of living is getting worse every day.
This is a plug for the high end real estate agents, not for the average Joe's. For the new comers, you have to line your pocketbook to buy/rent in those neighborhoods. None belongs to the 'affordable' and 'nice' area in San Antonio.
Probably the Alamo Heights School District. But the real estate is pricey, and mostly pre-1960 construction. Otherwise, look outside San Antonio in areas served by Boerne ISD or Comal ISD, for example.
Honestly, I recommend private schools. Or, as the other person mentioned, outside the city. New Braunfels is great, and much more family oriented than Fair Oaks or even Boerne. Floresville is a very good choice, too. Lower taxes, less crowded.

You didn't mention Hollywood Park, or Timberwood Park. These are nice secluded areas with new construction and older homes.
Cinco Lakes is another cool place to live in San Antonio
I hated that area, that area is growing yeah but when I was there car break in kept happening

Uauu is beautiful San Antônio
The developments off of scenic loop are the nicest area of Bexar County.
Hollywood park!

Such as?
Why would you in a video about San Antonio include some video footage from an area in San Francisco CA? Talk about a blooper.
I agree with you! I was going to post this same comment. This is a cheap TH-cam channel that I will not view again. Take Care
hi, which san antonio suburb do you recommend with great K-12 schools that are not a hellscape?

Sry but Downtown? Are you kidding me? It's horrible down there. And Tobin Hill?!?!?! 😅😅😅 you've gotta be kidding me.
An image of San Francisco is shown as Alamo Heights lol.

Why are you showing San Francisco in this video?

Sa is nice but you're lucky if your toilet works properly.
Hahahahahaha
How about Converse Texas…. North East side!
It’s just suburbs and a school. Not much to look at.
Converse is one of the worst areas, horrible schools and crime right down the street. Not just crime but an abundance of it.
