I noticed there's also a trend of people buying second property as a second home / weekend home. They are not renting it out or moving into it as their main home. So far I have heard two of my friends who just got their keys the last few months doing it.

could you explain how come for Euhabitat so many people made losses up to even 1.5 million loss? how come the first movers entry and herd mentality doesn't apply there?

what do you think about the trend of condos rented to co living company ( and some are even partitioned ) to be rented out as co living spaces at higher rates? isn't this just driving the rental rates higher?

it actually brings it lower... because for co-living you can do more partitions inside one house so the supply of rooms goes up.. if supply goes up and demand also goes up, price will slow down

Its not up to owners what price they want to sell. The market will tell them what price to sell🤣🤣🤣. I think many newbees never experience financial difficulties so they think the grass is always green. Nowadays i see ppl talk like buy sure will make🤣🤣🤣

Limpeh very responsible tell u: sure make as long u have holding power. Limpeh never lost money in my property investment. Limpeh hate PAP introduce ABSD. My FH tio enblock but I cannot buy replacement unit because I refuse to pay absd. If PAP no introduced absd, ocr now should be selling at 5k psf.

Well said. Agent videos are always meant to discreetly hype the market.

Never read stackedhome? Every week title "we are earning $400k or $500k per year, should we xxx"..Singaporeans are flushed with cash...

This kind is act rich. 400k or 500k a year is middle class in Sg but cannot cross over to the "affluent status" so need to stroke their own egos.

@@hgft274 Yeah i see it as flamboyance to stroke their own egos, $400-500k PA as HH income is no big deal seriously.

@@hgft274 400K plus is middle class and no big deal? Zhun bo? According to SingStat, the top decile for average monthly household income including CPF is 31K leh. Maybe you have a lot of huat kueh friends so you out of touch with how much the common people in SG earn 😂
