@@Matas04 they're not lazy when it comes to guest appearances. It's more about that they don't want to waste recourses for the guests but rather use it for the detailed animals & objects to build, since these are the main focus of the game :)

because all this content of this dlc was probably ripped out of the final game to sell seperately. if they would want to give them jackets the would have them, but they decided to not put effort or work into this and just sell what they have

You know what , what they could do is like a whole new expansion named "Global Expedition" and add like 30 plus more animals from different continents including where you've mentioned plus expedition themed scenery objects like tents and crates.
They deserve to be full expansions, not little themed packs like this

Watching this makes me emotional. I get pulled back into my childhood when i was playing zoo tycoon and i didnt have to worry about a thing my life. Its just beautiful :)
They will release DLC for all kind of biomes that are not in the base game, and when all biomes are in, Life will find a way

yes nothing wrong with your game but there are many people experiencing issues that could have been fixed way before release. instead of focusing on such stuff the are more worried about giving us stuff to excuse the errors...

Wrong end of the world my friend, all these animals are from the northern hemisphere. Penguins are from the southern hemisphere. They might be in a later aquatic pack or they might do a whole south pole DLC next winter.
@Blade Vizor The term Arctic means the animals from the Arctic though not the Antarctic. Very similar, yea, but not the same place so I wouldn't expect them to add in Penguins in an "Arctic" DLC. That wouldn't make sense.
That's actually one of the few animals I was hoping for in Planet Zoo, since the original Zoo Tycoon has then in both versions.
@Blade Vizor well... The north and south pole is very different. The north is artic ocean, and the south is Antarctica Continent

This Looks GREAT! very slowly we're turning "Hemisphere Zoo" into "Planet Zoo".... although we're still kindof stuck in the Northern Hemisphere...
I REALLY wish there was a Norse pack in Planet Coaster. Feeling very screwed over without some of the pieces that exist and will soon to exist in Planet Zoo vs. Planet Coaster.... Frontier, you should fix that, please! ;)

Frontier is deleting comments of people calling this DLC the blatant cash-grab that it is. Hundreds of comments were deleted when this was announced, only leaving behind the positive ones. Frontier thinks they can get away with scummy censorship and monetization scemes. They are the same models. There is no new animation. They are re-skins. Do not buy this game

The last one might be the most expensive,it is and extinct animals pack where you could have a research lab where you can hire scientist and go on exhibitions around the world to get fossils and ressurect them,you could research the exhibitions to show the exact specific continents and ares where you can find the fossil you need

We dont really have many small preditors / scavangers outside of the reptiles. I hope we get smaller animals in later updates like foxes and smaller wild cats like the ocelot or the african wild cat.

Yeah, I noticed that they don't add many animals when releasing packs. For instance (I know its not technically a pack, but for paying quite a bit more it shocked me), I paid for the deluxe edition and was shocked that it only came with like 3 more animals just like here pretty much.

Many of us would LOVE to see cusomizable billboards again (like in planco) of various sizes. It would allow for a custom spin on conservation signs
I think, just maybe i could predict what future dlc could look like if the next pack is also based on a specific world area but then again u can never be sure.
Add another pack where you could have aquariums with many aquatic and/or swimming animals with creatures from all oceans and ones from the deep,there could also be tide pools where you can have people touch animals and have small creatures like sea stars and amphibians,there can also be dolphin shows,and if you have the bird pack you could get aquatic sea birds or diving birds
If they're using loon calls as background sounds to give an arctic atmosphere, why not add arctic loon as an actual species in the game?
Remember back when there was a magical game called zoo tycoon 2 where you got these kinds of animals in the basic core game? lol

My main issue with this game was knowing how many DLCs they were going to add for things that should have in the original release.

This trailer is better than south america change my mind, The music was Beautiful, Peaceful and Magical, And the northern lights are amazing!
Love the music, reminds me of the How to Train Your Dragon 1 and 2 soundtracks! (We don’t talk about 3.) and also the Scandinavian buildings. My favourite thing so far is the new career levels, updates to pack behaviour, and other tweaks. Is there also going to be a family tree feature added? I thought you (Frontier) mentioned that but it was never brought up again. (Maybe I just read too fast and missed it?)

Yesterday, I learned that the Largest Polar Bear ever recorded was 11'1 feet tall and weighed 2,210 lbs with a 20% (432lb) body fat percentage. Those things are pure muscle, they get enormous

On another note, great job but i am curious, why no big cat? Like a Siberian Tiger or a Canadian Lynx? It would seem to go with the pack.

Lynx are my favorite animal too
The muskox, Arctic fox, Moose, and Canadian Lynx would have all fit in very well in this pack, I don't know why frontier didn't include them.
@@JDthegamer209 It could be a cost thing, i am sure it is not cheap to animate each animal given their complexities. But i agree with all of those, just wish there had been another big cat introduced, perhaps the mountain Lion/Cougar if not the Canadian Lynx.

Yawl should add coats and sweaters! It will look great in the cold, and for the visitors they don't complain that its cold and i wont have to add heaters all around the track!

This looks amazing but to be fair I would have acpected a bit more for 10 dollars. Only 4 animals and the building stuff is awesome but couldve been just a bit more. Buuut since I love your game so much, go and take my money ^^

$10 for 4 animals with all unique animations, and 200 scenery pieces... seems like a way good deal than making it $20.

I LOVE POLAR BEARS & ARTIC WOLFS.
Wolverines, Arctic Fox, puffins, moose, Arctic hare, stoats, sea otters, seals, walrus, Canadian Lynx etc. are missing from the so called "Arctic Pack"... Maybe the more aquatic creatures aren't ready yet, but the others were a missed opportunity!
