What's with everyone asking how the lights work? I'll admit I haven't been everywhere, but I've been to all over the US, visited Mexico, Canada, Indonesia and Japan, they all have the standard red yellow green, and if they have arrows there are usually all three colors, except for the rare exception when there is no green arrow. What other schemes are people seeing that makes the one here confusing?
With the new lights thats been being installed across the US, the same thing has been becoming more frequent.
