You're right, the top "cloud" should NOT be covered incorrectly. It is AMAZING! It felt too "soft" the first few seconds, then I felt SO supported. It's BOTH soft AND supportive. I wish I felt that way..Indeed the product is excellent BUT it doesnt keep us cooler PLUS it causes the comfort level of our pillow-top mattress to NOT be like it should be. That cover flattens that pillow-top effect and cant keep the sheets from sliding off corners during the night unless theyre secured by elastic clip on straps...corner to corner which is a hassell. Product looks good, feels good and its still on but I wish we never bought it.
I bought the preferred silver night luxe top firm even though I prefer plush, which they did have one but the difference was slight and I liked the better support because I have a queen size and my husband is heavier... I am returning a soft memory foam that we slept on for 2 months because it was to hard and the firm in this bed is sooooo much softer!!!!!!💕💕💕❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍
I just bought the bed, the store was actually selling them on clearance because they are no longer going to sell them so I got it on a huge bargain!!!!! I'm so stoked waiting for tomorrow!!! I did not buy that pad and I would not use something that crappy on my mattress to ruin my sleep experience.... I do however use a good pad!
I will be buying the cushion firm Holland Maid aireloom mattress soon. It looks much like the top of yours. Does the mattress cover take away from the feel and what it felt like when you sleep with it off?
i think only a soft aireloom mattress produces such ecstatic comfort & relief. i also think by placing a memory gel topper on it, you get sweaty.. whereas with the aireloom mattress itself, there is no heating up! Quite honestly, i think it's worth blowing the warranty to sleep directly on the surface with only a sheet! or even without sheets once & awhile! It is so soft, & for a 'princess & a pee' type like me, it is the only mattress i tried that felt right, so maybe a worthwhile expense to get high quality!
how is your experience now with the matress and the protector? we are about to start selling that mattress at my work and we do sell the protector but I have had several complaints about it being to slick and popping off the sheets as well as the cooling not working well.
Jackys Journey good to know I stopped selling it due to negative feedback I sell the breathable moister wicking one from this company called dri-tech with a cooling mattress instead.
really so sad...at the price we paid. The company actually refused to take it back after 2 days. I had already exchanged 1 in case it was just defective. They told us to keep our room at 68° and have a fan on! Really? Having a room at 68° I can assure you I wouldnt need help from anything else to keep cool.
i think the main problem are the peoples sheets, i bought the protector and there sheets and have had no problem. my sheet cover has a large elastic band that wraps around the bed
@@amyq6229 The absolute ONLY thing good about that ver tec protector is that it protects the mattress. I can not stand it either. We basically did what this guy did..nice mattress..which we bought....it was premium and so comfy but then we put that thing on and it changes the comfort level, plus it doesnt keep me cooler, plus the sheets slide around and the corners come off if we don't have them secured with those elastic clip on sheet thingys. We even bought the pillows...expensive as heck, theyre both in storage! and at aproximately 200.00 each, what a waste!! They sell you on the cooling aspect of the material (which "I" valued most) , indeed they did feel very comfy with the mattress we were looking at and trying for the 3 minutes or so.But later...mine bothered my neck...So, I cant recommend this ver tec line of products. The Ver-Tex is an excellent product. If you like cool sleeping, it works.

Charles Scott this protector does an aweful job at cooling you down. I dislike it so much!

we just bought one, it was 269.97...get our new bed tomorrow...hope we dont have issues with that protector
