Since housing is so important, can you guys do a segment or episode where Noah addresses how Blackstone and private investment groups are currently on pace to own 40% of single family homes by 2030 and how that could affect the economy both macro and micro.
One thing I'm noticing is the ADs on TH-cam is more spam, and low effort informercials. This doesn't feel right to me, seem like REAL companies are pulling back. I guess we'll see how the superbowl goes. it likely just me but still
