Mastered this trick last week (finaly !!). Something that helped me was to edge a little just before going downwind. It helped create a little bit of slack in the lines and made rotating around the bar a lot easier. Thanks for the video man !
Thanks, nice to hear that... true, that trick needs some pratice before. But the good thing about it, it doesn't hurt at all... ;) So make sure you'll give it a try one day !
When I try to ollie the board I slow down and the lines get tension. Also I can't seem to do a good enough ollie to be able to actually rotate 180. What am I missing? When trying to straight up do a raley to blind/wrapped I can't seem to get the hang of how to actually rotate anywhere near enough for the trick. If I just pop big and land toeside I manage to get a lot of slack, pass on the water from toeside to blind and then slide another 180, but I can't figure out how to get that rotation done in the air.
@@BenBeholzVlogs Unfortunately no :( Last session it was strong and gusty that I had to use the 8m, I was practicing to keep my knees close after the pop so that when I get better conditions I will have an easier time to do the rotation. We'll see how it goes next time we get some wind, hopefully later this week it won't be as strong/gusty and I can use my 14m or 10m.
best kitesurf tutorials on youtube B-) *nice and clean*
HRZN thank you so much !

Moin Ben,
