Hi Heidi, Thanks for your comment, the camera had dust trapped within the lense. We have recently upgraded the camera, so hopefully everyone has a better viewing experience now!

Please clean the lens on your camera, it's filthy and prevents it focusing properly 😐

Why can't you hold the camera higher as all the time you only see the floor in front of you. So annoying
please walk faster threw it you use more then half time of the house in stead see not much out side
