    OMG! Penny, I didn't do this right away bc of the burpee variations at the end of each circuit (yes , I am a chicken, lol!!) but today I set my mind and WOW!       @@garagefitnessgirl OMGoodness, thank you for that suggestion. So unfortunately I was not able to workout today, I got super busy and I think I stretched my ankle in my sleep. I woke up and it hurt a lot. I put a hot compress on it and took some Ibuprofen. It feels much better now. Will try the other workout tomorrow for sure. Thank you Penny, I miss working out to your awesome videos😞.

    Did this workout today as I was looking for a one-hour dumbbell workout. Did not realize it was HIIT until I was halfway through. I couldn’t do all the jumping - knee problems. And I couldn’t do the many push-ups and other floor moves of that ilk because of bicep tendonitis. BUT I modified to suit me and got a good sweat going. Maybe I will try one of the other no-jumping strength workouts and see how that goes.

    I was sweating buckets here. The burpee burnouts got me real good. Those things were🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. The last one my body said no more but I kept on saying this is the last one until it was cool down.
