I just want to support you and say hold on. You are trying and fighting so hard and it really inspires me. Thank you. I know we are trying to move beyond size and appearance to feel 'ok', but I cannot stop myself saying that you are totally beautiful. I know how you are feeling but it is not truth. Take care of your precious self xx
Goosegirl 34 you are so sweet! Thank you ☺️☺️ I am absolutely keeping on going 👊 Didn’t work this hard to stop now! Hope you are taking care of yourself too💜💜 We will get through this! 💪

Megan Horsham yes! When I restarted treatment last year I asked to be blind weighed and still get blind weighed now, though sometimes (like this past week) I end up finding out my weight because of miscommunication within my team... totally agree with you though- blind weighing has helped me hugely! 💕💜
@@searchingforjewels9070Yes. It is sooo fustrating when miscommunication happens....I always remind my team just in case but they all accept it so that helps. Hang in there 💕
Hi again, ı need your help. I can t listen my hunger cues generally because to prove myself to my parwnts. I can just eat when they are looking. Because if ı eat myself ı know my mom already gonna bring me at least some fruits so ı just trust her choices because ı dont want to feel full and can t eat whtever she give me. İF ı dont eat she will think ı m rwstricting. I want a "trust" from them bcs. And do u think should ı force myself to eat fruit bowl(which my mom always give after meals) even ı full.
Harvard Way hmmm so it sounds like you are hungry, but not responding to those cues because your parents are not around to see you eat at the time? To fully recover, you have to eat when you’re hungry. There’s not really any way around it. Because if you don’t respond to your hunger, that means you’re restricting, and as Tabitha Farrar says ‘you can’t recover from a restrictive eating disorder if you’re still restricting.’ So even if your parents are not around, please do eat anyway! I understand not wanting to feel full, but your body will adjust and you’ll get used to it. It’s uncomfortable at first but I know you can tolerate it 😉I also know the feeling of wanting to gain your parents’ trust. It takes time, but if you keep eating, challenging yourself in recovery, and gain weight, they will eventually trust you again. Nothing wrong with a fruit bowl, remember there is no ‘too much’ 😊 lots of love 💕
@@searchingforjewels9070 I'm soo freak out know but yea, I'm gonna try to gain weight /uptade even I force myself to eat wright? Thxx, I'm also gonna open my channel to make it easier
Hi, can ı ask you question? Now ı am trying to gain weight with HIGH calories own my own. But when ı reached my ideal weight how can ı stop it anD eat like a normal person without gaining weight. Just because of that ı am scaring
lll kkk Hi! Always happy to answer questions ☺️ Unfortunately I don’t think we can choose our ideal weight when we will stop gaining... I plan to continue eating without restriction and eventually I will reach my body’s healthy weight, at which point my body will naturally stop gaining (without any intentional changes to my diet). If I purposefully stopped gaining before my body’s natural healthy weight, I’d have to restrict and put up with all the crap of my eating disorder. So I just have to keep gaining as long as that’s what my body needs! Very frightening but necessary for full recovery I think. Tabitha Farrar and the Minnesota Starvation Study have good resources on this. Good luck 💕💜💜
lll kkk I suppose I am eating intuitively. Whenever I’m hungry, physically or mentally, I eat. I’m not actively trying to gain weight, but if that’s what happens by eating unrestricted, then so be it! (And that seems to be what is happening at the moment haha) 💜💜
