Lol. Sadly, most houses don't have pools here.

Since the Santa Monica home has two structures on the lot (a front home and a back home) there was no space for a pool. Many homes have pools in Los Angeles. On the Westside of LA where the lots are pretty small like in Venice, you do see fewer pools because of lack of space.

Really liked the 2nd & 3rd homes. Really love the modern loft and the very well done preservation and updates on the 3rd. Also, the 3rd definitely has space to expand that back bedroom, if people want, as they made bedrooms small then, as you only slept in them, lol.
The first home ruined the place with that cheap vinyl flooring. I don't care how popular that ugly flooring is now - cheap vinyl will always look like cheap vinyl! 🤷‍♀️
