    I like the outside design a lot. Funny how all of the first floors in these types of houses look pretty much the same, but the 2nd floors are where they get creative. I also wonder why they'd put the balcony to see a view that will be gone when that little house is torn down for another mansion! They really should've put it in the front. 🤷‍♀️

      There is actually a front balcony along with a rooftop on the garage out to the front as well.

      @@isabellaluthje Yes, I think I was talking about the one on the garage. It is very nice now, but would be basically useless once another mansion is built next door, as there won't be any privacy at all! Which is why I'd have put the larger balcony in the front. 🤷‍♀️

    even one million is too much for that size house in that unsafe area

      It isn't an unsafe area or it would be 1/4 that price and wouldn't have been built in the first place. They don't build these new "mansions" in unsafe areas.

    Who is "smart" enough to buy a 4.2M home but not 3.xM to avoid special tax? Really doubt anyone would buy 4-5 M homes these days.

    • @livinginwestla
      @livinginwestla  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The ULA tax only affects homes in the city of Los Angeles that sell for $5M or higher. Homes that sell for less than $5M are not affected by the new "mansion tax".

      @@livinginwestla If there is really someone buy this home @4.3M, it means he believe the house won't drop lower than 4.3M and possible reaching 5M and he would have to count the possible ULA tax.
