@@RicardoTeixeiraCarromeu I can answer this, I'm understanding now. Everything about the basket is stock. It's the same backing plate and everything. I'm unsure if you've ever broken down a clutch basket, but under that center ring are the x50 - 1/8 ball bearings. Instead, it's the sealed bearing pressed over the backing plate. It should be noted, I do not know if material was shaved from the factory in order to be able to press the bearing as the bearing if I recall is SLIGHTLY smaller than the center of the backing plate. I do know that it is in fact a 608 sealed bearing pressed onto a backing plate, but I cannot tell if they shaved down material in order to press it on there
@@MikeNBikes understood Mike thank you for the good explanation. Yes I did few times before there's a ball bearing kind of speed race on the back plate not sure if the new time have that if not I will machine it. Big cheers from Portugal🤗
Thanks for reminding me to do an update. Stay clear of this clutch basket, it looks nice at first but it isn't. To answer your question, a 6809-ZZ bearing is pressed onto it. The bearings ID is 45mm which is slightly smaller than the baskets OD, so either they press it on with great force or they're shaved down slightly. The problem is during engagement and disengagement the basket doesn't stay "whole" stick with the normal ones
Super nice bearing to use! It make the clutch a little more quiet. And this bearing will last a long time if You keep it packed with grease!👍
Looks awesome they work great I use ceramic no lubrication
Hi the back plate is the same as the original one ? The clutch basket is correct ?
Just for clarification, you're referring to the actual metal backing plate and not the basket that holds the pads, correct?
@@MikeNBikes correct Mike thank you
Where's the bearing is fitted.

You have had time to test the part. Is this new unit holding up well. Or are there flaws showing up? Peace.
Hell yeah that’s nice bro
Good video
