You might think that fruits can make you fat because some fitness professionals say that it has a lot of sugar.
I don’t believe this at all because I love fruit, and I am lean and ripped all year round.
My favorite fruit or fruit bowls is açaí bowls.
It has a mixture of blueberries, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and açaí.
I love eating açaí bowls on the weekend on the beach.
There is sugar in fruit, but the fruit is high in fiber. The fiber helps slow down the digestion of fruit, making it act as a complex carb.
Complex carbs are slow-burning energy. What makes you fat is highly processed foods and sugary foods like cookies, cake, and ice cream.
Process foods are calorically dense with low nutrients. It’s easy to overindulge junk food because of how good it tastes and how small the portions are.
Does that make sense?
Eating fruit can’t make you fat, but you can have too much of a good thing.
The secret that keeps me ripped as well as what I teach my students is conscious eating.
Suppose you eat a lot of healthy food and eat more than what your body can burn. You can add fat onto your body.
I teach my students how to keep track of their macronutrients and learn about portion control.
Everyone has different bodies and does various activities when it comes to burning calories for weight loss.
There is no one plan for all to get people to the goals that they want.
I can teach how to consciously choose foods that will help you lose fat while eating the things that you enjoy!
Food is not the enemy, but how much you eat in one sitting is.

@@JungleIsMassiv if they want to detoxify, eat unsalted raw cheese. The body puts mercury and other poisons in fat, but that's expensive. Cheese that's raw and unsalted doesn't Digest as well so the body uses it to cleanse.
No fruit or vegetable can detoxify fat soluble poisons. Only water soluble ones. And those can be detoxified with.... Water.

Whenever I did fruits and water detox, I ate all fruits. Since the fruits are fresh, it has natural sugars as opposed to refined sugars.

No, you do NOT 'lose body fat by eating fruit'. There is not a dependent casual relationship there. You can gain or lose body fat, regardless of if you eat fruit, or not.
Also, you do not reduce the calories in a grapefruit by cutting it in half. You can reduce the calories you consume, by reducing the amount you ingest. Those are two different, unrelated, concepts.

You lose bodyfat by eating fruit because it's quite filling while also nutritious, you would need to eat 300 grams of pears and 600 grams of oranges to consume only 453 calories, it's quite easy to have a full stomach with that much food, it's also quite high in micro nutrients, that's why you lose bodyfat by eating fruit, because you can eat around 12 fruits and still not get 1000 calories, on the other around 400 grams of ice cream has 1000 calories and ice cream is not even solid, so it won't fill your stomach like 12 fruits would.

Frozen berries and frozen mangoes are cheaper than their fresh counterparts but just as nutritious and just as delicious.

@@edwardpaddock2528 In terms of taste maybe for some fruits but not in terms of vitamins. When I eat frozen mango and let it melt in my mouth, it tastes exactly like fresh mango but cold instead of warm, kind of like ice cream but with natural fruit sugar and no milk.

@@edwardpaddock2528 If cooked yes, if frozen no, it's the opposite, it maintains the vitamins by keeping the fruit fresh. And you know how if you go to costco you can get bad fruit? Well, when they're frozen, they're always fresh so you can never end up with a bad batch. That and the fact that I don't have to peel anything and the only waste is the bag, makes it very convenient. I will never go back to eating fresh fruit again, unless someone offers it to me for free and it is in season.

Its best to eat fruits with layered skin protecting the fruit . I.e bananas, watermelon, oranges, cantaloupe, honey due, kiwi , avocado etc . Also the higher the fruit is to the sun the more electricity , nutrients & power it has

Far from vegan; but downed 4 peaches in 5 minutes. Took a nap this evening, and the grogginess went away in minutes. Was very hungry. Will go for eating some of the two fragrantly smelling cantaloupes tomorrow - and might try eating the seeds.

The white part of grapefruit or citrus is the healthiest part, but it's hard to digest. Chew it well or add it to your blender drink. I add a whole lime to my blender drinks.

I subbed all sugary desserts and snacks for either apples, pears, blueberries, bananas etc and can finally see some abs. I used to run 6 miles a day but still ate vegan homemade pastry, cookie and cake deserts and stayed skinny fat. I quit running a year ago and now just walk, lift and cut out sugar while bumping up my vegan protein and am seeing great results.

I like to juice one or two grapefruits in the morning for citrus vitamin C that doesn’t cost a lot. I like to munch on mango or pineapple. Those are cheap. They taste great easy to eat, and I love pears of course it everything else just doesn’t seem worth the money yeah, I try to get a little bit everything papaya too.
