My 997 C4S Cab is in with Hartech for a rebuild and 4.1 conversion. I guess it will make its way to you at some stage :) looking forward to seeing the results 👍🏻
We actually started this development a while ago but we never published anything about it. We actually came across jake raby work earlier this year as we weren’t aware at all. We got an old video of the early stages on the 997 that is nearly 3 years old
I'm from the US, but I've got a 4.0L car, I'd love to try out this plenum at some point. Out of curiosity, how does Hartech achieve a 4.1? Is it just a bigger bore or different stroke?
Car has already a 3.8 back on it pushing 345whp 4.1 on same mods made 360whp but we prefer the way the 3.8 progress on power and on acceleration times the differences aren’t that big 100-200kph 4.1 was only 0.5 sec faster unless you always drive it between 3-5k rpm the 3.8 always feels like the sport engine
You are wasting your time as Porsche are optimised and restricted from the factory, if you want a fast reliable Porsche - buy the fastest you can afford !
@@nathandan7079 glad we have seen the opposite from your suggestion we currently making 345@wheels on the 3.8 with stock cams still 😉 but thank you for your input
Love all the work you’ve been doing, nothing but up from your work and can’t wait to see more updates on the 3.8! 🔥
Great that you guys are making strong numbers with standard camshafts 😎 thanks for the update 👍

Really interesting. Jake Raby from Flat Six Innovations has done a lot of similar work.

Please keep the videos coming!
Nice work 👌🏾
Hi Bruno, thanks for the video update. Has the development progressed further since this video? Thanks

Hartech 4.1 is bore only.
Any power figures yet from the 4.1 conversion?
