Sadly, that's not true. Bait titles, thumbnails and content are far more effective in bringing in engagements. Engagements are the metric used for success online. Unless we refine that into being more indicative of "quality" then and only would we get more push for a more honest and sincere content. Algorithm wouldn't have pushed this video on us if it didn't have bait. So how are you gonna claim success when you wouldn't even have a platform to be successful on in the first place? 🤔 That's like me saying "im gonna be a great business man" but not being able to create a business. As I've gotten older I have slowly grown a disdain for The Greybeards as I really started to consider and ponder their role in Skyrim and I have drawn this conclusion.👇 The Greybeards are one of,if not the main reason why Skyrim and The Nords are SO weak now opposed to how they were in the past. They are directly responsible for why somebody like Ulfric was able to rise up and start a rebellion to begin with. The real reason they have lost their culture and abandoned it all stems from one detrimental choice The Greybeards made a long time ago and continue to make now. The Greybeards gatekeep ALL knowledge,use,and practicing of The Thu'um and strictly only allow it to be used through their own religious practice with the ONLY exception outside of this being The Last Dragonborn which they have 0 right to do. Any Nord with the aptitude,skill,and diligence to learn it should be able to harness and wield their thu'um however they see fit regardless of how the Greybeards feel and this gatekeeping has literally crippled Skyrim and it's people. The only living people who know how to shout in ALL OF SKYRIM are THE DRAGONBORN,ULFRIC,AND THE GREYBEARDS no wonder shit is hitting the fan the power dynamic is all out of wack amd it's directly The Greybeards fault. They should be strictly sidelined as advisors,teachers,and counselors NOT as an authority on anything. Give The Nords back their power AND culture THAT'S the real reason Ulfric was able to ascend to the heights he has not just because of The Thalmor and Talos Worship but because of his Thu'um and what he represents. A return to the TRUE Skyrim.
I dont really get why Skyrim should even strive for power. Gatekeeping power isnt too bad. Imagine only some old peaceful people would have knowledge about WMD irl. Atleast thats my view
