whats your experience on amazon renewed phones? i saw reviews where customer bought amazon excellent refurb. all good as new ,screen no burns no screen frame gaps but after 4 months the screen went black and unresponsive. the customer had to spent 300usd to replace screen cause thats the onlt fix. whats your opinion?
I really appreciate how you always confirm that the newer phone is not always better just because it's newer. You always give points where they are actually deserved and not because it's the latest and newest model.
You are right. This is especially true when we are talking about Samsung. Since they have removed features on the Galaxy S Ultra, it makes it harder to justify the upgrade.
The Note 20 Ultra is a beast and still runs great. Bought mine based on your reviews and comparisons and the phone was in almost new condition. For the money almost impossible to beat.
I have an S23 ultra, and I love it, but I do a lot of emulation which makes use of that Snapdragon 8 gen 2. The battery life is amazing. Is it worth another 700-800 bucks? Probably not. You won't see 800 dollars worth of difference. The note 20 ultra is still so damn snappy.
It is a thirsty phone, mine won't last all day with one full charge. From a full charge in the morning I will recharge it in the afternoon again, but with the fats charger can go from 50 percent to 100 percent in around 29 minutes and that will last the rest of the day. All depends how much of a power user you are. I still like the phone and works perfect for me and my schedule

Three years later, the Note20 Ultra is still a beast of a phone. The display and performance of this device have aged really well. I recently got a Z Flip5 to go along with the Note20 Ultra and the small form factor when closed makes it easier to fit in your pocket. Also, the Z Flip5 will allow me to get the newest version of Android and One UI since the Note20 Ultra only has one year left of security updates. I am still going to use the Note20 Ultra due to the S-Pen and microSD card slot.
ive done exactley the same as you! flip phone is for work and is a mirror image of the note and like you i like the fact its the latest soft ware, plus i put youtube on and listen like its a podcast on the flip but can close it and put in my pocket. brilliant phones.

The 20 Ultra's camera takes more vivid pics than the 15 Pro Max and it's crazy how a 3yr old Samsung takes better looking photos than an iPhone that just came out a week ago
Just got my Korean snapdragon variant Note 20 Ultra 5G in a very sweet deal. 5G is working everywhere here in middle east w/c is solid future proof, snapdragon 865+ , very smooth OneUi 5.1 on March software update, superb camera and video and excellent battery life. Guess I'll be using this for long time until it dies on me, proud owner and super happy with my buying decision.
I still have my note 20 ultra even tho my main device is the pixel fold. The note is just s brilliant phone couldnt get rid of it. A shame it wont get android 14 its more than capable of running it

Bro the note 20 ultra here in the philippines are having issues about the phone many people have the same issue,when you update the phone green line shows up and it keep getting worst to many people here are complaining about the issue of the phone
im not sure but u forgot to mention 15 series has serious issues with heat and throttling cause their a17 is very powerfull but lack of good colling or optym

The Note 20 Ultra remains a top smartphone, it's really sad to see that it will no longer have an Android and One-Ui update 🤦🏽♂️ Without lying, if it was still updated, I would have exchanged my S21 Ultra for a Note 20 Ultra without hesitation. Ps: no smartphones released in the last 2-3 years, offer more than a Note 20 Ultra Snapdragon or an S21 Ultra Snapdragon.
Still using note 20 ultra, it is my perfect daily driver. My only complaint is the selfie cam, but I'm not using it all the time.. So I can live with it.

Been using my Note20 Ultra for 3 yrs and it finally died after taking it the water park. I went on Ebay and bought 3 and they all came defected. I didn't wanna give up, i ordered a 4th and it's a winner Just as good as my beloved old one it replaced. Note20 Ultra will always be the Gold Standard
I'm considering buying another note 20 as a backup . The 512 internal storage with a 1T external puts the storage capacity way above any new phone . The S Pen , the beast camera with pro mode , it's 3 and half years old and still hanging with the big boys.
I currently had a z fold 6 but my note 9 was my backup phones for the past few yrs and it finally died on my so in looking to get a note 20 ultra as my backup.
Note 20 is better and still advance than the iPhone 15 pro max, regret buying it. I took 10 steps back thinking I upgraded technology wise. Limited to some anything I was able to do in a Samsung.As an Android user for 20 year without any security breaches, having the latest iPhone is still outdated with merged notification control. It feels like my entertainment life has been limited with an iPhone, regardless of the safety rating there is not much to be impressed about. Waiting for the new Samsung which will obviously be better and only Android user will understand. If you not given an Android a try I suppose the argument will always be biased. I’ve tried both and they are not the same. One is a marketing strategy and other is for freedom to explore. In 20years, it was the first time I had to use itunes to transfer music via a laptop, never to do that with a Samsung, songs get automatically downloaded to music folder. This will never be possible with iPhone, never had any security problems either.
I bought my Note 20 ultra a bit over 3 years ago and is still a beast. It will keep it until it dies or if the SDcard slot on phones come back. My wife just got the iPhone 15 pro max and she is paying way too much for it.

Got note 9 recently and its just great device for the low price, aside from crappy screen its still great and so many flagshp perks (great audio, wireless charging, s pen etc.). Sadly it doesnt have 5g which will make it difficult to use sooner or later and by that time might get note 20 or s23 if it gets cheap enough.

Thé issue IS from your thé screen you need to replace it and if it's expensive juste go for another phone maybe a Samsung s22 ultra
