Your bean temp tracks well with the background profile, but is that red squiggly line that’s all over the place your ROR curve? I can’t figure out from the camera which is your ROR curve. Seems to roast unevenly and deliver a really oily output with some serious scorching (which you kind of predicted calling it running too hot from the outset). Just curious. I just got done roasting 1500 grams of Kenya and Gesha so it was top of mind.

Where did you find the Green bean filler? I have searched high and ĺow for 1 with no luck.
Its just an old hopper for a coffee grinder. Works great. I have one for green and one for roasted to assist with filling bags
