Sohla El-Waylly is here showing us how to upgrade our Thanksgiving leftovers. First up, stuffing dumpling soup (0:45), which puts leftover turkey to work in a broth and transforms stuffing into dumplings. Next is a stuffing panzanella (6:42), which reuses stuffing in a bright, textural salad that ties in familiar Thanksgiving flavors. Last, but not least, Sohla's epic leftover turkey club (10:58). It uses cranberry mayo, brussels sprouts, stuffing, turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, so you can have the best of Thanksgiving dinner all in one bite.

She thinks out of the box and is able to reduce the amount of food waste by create whole new meals with leftovers or the ingredients you don't always know what to do with, and that is a handy solution to overall food waste concerns. NYT and Babish really struck gold by snatching up and hiring Sohla once she left BA. She's just awesome. She doesn't miss, home run every time.
