- In today's video, we found a Mediterranean restaurant in Lake Mary, FL that we really wanted to try. It is a chain restaurant so there are multiple locations but it had the same setup as Chipotle. They have bowls and pitas. We didn't know what to expect going into it but their pictures of the food looked great. It ended up being a fantastic restaurant! It was so stinkin' good! We were very impressed and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The price really wasn't that bad either. We will be back to try some more of their delicious Mediterranean food!If you are looking for a delicious restaurant in Lake Mary, Florida, give Cava a try!

Thanks! That’s the beauty of going to it and trying it yourself. Not every single person that eats there will like it. Not everyone has the same taste buds. However, we really thought everything was good. We aren’t scared to say if something is bad but we do a lot of research to try and find good places to show, not bad places. It wouldn’t be a very good channel if all we ever showed was bad food. The goal is to give people places to try that we find are good. So that’s what we try and do each time 😀. Thanks for watching!

Looks like a great healthy Mediterranean fast food place to eat at. So impressed at all the variety of menu selections & choices. It is a bit far for us tight now but we may go there in the future! Thanks y’all for the excellent review!! I do love All that you ate except falafel or lamb, which is a texture issue for me.
It’s pretty far east that’s for sure haha! Yeah we will be back as we really enjoyed it. If you pass by one, it is worth the stop to give it a try!

Excellent review...this restaurant went IPO recently as stock symbol CAVA...rumor has it may share the same success as Chipotle...may want to name a new plate 🍽 call it the Altem Bowl 🥣...
