@@jonesnyarko8447 I’m sorry but Surrey cannot compete with Florida luxury homes. The climate in the UK does not permit out door swimming pools and palm trees. Also the UK land area is not big enough to permit too many large homes. The councils won’t allow it.
Growing up in boca and spending over 30 years there, its truly amazing how much wealth there is. In the last 15 years its only become more noticeable. I lived in east boca for a while near mizner blvd before returning to west boca and the difference is large. It used to be you could see nice cars in east boca daily, rarely west boca maybe once a week. But now you regularly see 200-300k+ cars driving around west boca due to the influx of expensive homes and just not enough real estate available in east near the water. House in west boca bought in 77 went from 60k to 750k in a matter of 40 years, won't be long before lots are hitting the 1million mark in the non gated communities.
