@dorifutoboi the parking had to close because this is a place where street racing starts(begins). This is the place where they meet and plan the race. ^_^ Japan Highway Police are very strict now in terms of street racers in their country.
Seems like mostly everyone isn't amazed by seeing all these godzillas. Pretty incredible and even these Hondas aren't riced out. And no ones cars are obnoxiously loud or at least they don't try to drive it to impress like here in the US.

@austinSOLO the gtr's/skylines aren't rare in Japan, but a mustang in Japan would cost the price of a new gtr in the US and gtr's cost less because its everywhere
I see 3 of them everyday close to my college....and actually met one of them at a gas station giving me tips of starting out or what gt-r to buy for starter. Don't get the 09 gt-r, over 20k to replace the transmission is what he told me.

You can import one now if you like. The only thing that makes them illiegal is the fact that they dont meet Americas Emission and saftey standards. Once you get them to meet standards it is completely legal to drive them.

Not all Skylines are GT-Rs. That's like seeing any Corvette and saying Oh look, a ZR1! or calling any Lamborghini an Aventador.
