What kind of wheels is he using here? 4x100 or 4x110?

bart was on 4x110 in this video. now, he is using 3x125mm for long distance races.

It's a legit question that I too had. The most important push is the obvious one, the other is when the skate lands and pushes for a little bit on the opposite side. Stop at 0:45, you can see both skates are pushing in the same direction (right of the skater). With this technique they are almost always pushing with either method and the speed is of course more uniform.

Because it's not only the outside foot pushing on its inside edge, the inside skate is also pushing with its outside edge.

      2 reasons:
1- In double push if your leg is on the ground then you are pushing with it, there's no gliding phase, this is the maximum amount of push possible in fact when both feet touch the ground briefly in the double push you're pushing with both legs at the same time.
2- Compression. Simple put it's faaaar easier to create compression when you're skate is directly underneath you (in the under push on the outside edge). This compression has a few benefits including generating extra speed, traction (so you won't slip out) and stability, your skates are "never" running away from you when you do double push correctly. This allows you to increase your balance and go stupid fast because all your momentum is conserved.

I hope this wasen't filmed in germany, because in germany inlineskating on the street is illegal! Only passenger ways are allowed to use. (Arcording to the StVO "Straßnverkerhrsordnung" in germany).
I have to report this video, if it is shot in germany. If you do not response I will for sure report it by autorities.
