Yesterday, I was coming down with the beginnings of sickness... sore throat, headache, clogged in the head. I thought of you talking about nourishing your body by eating good food and hydrating (hard for me to do with a background of an ED). Here's a tip for that chickpea wrap- (it's a traditional Indian breakfast called "cheela"(pronounced as "cheeee" [like cheese] and "laaa", we add some vegetables and salt and Chilli powder) when the consistency of your paste is thin add some (as per your preference) oil also when the consistency of the batter is thick you can do away with the no oil while cooking on a nonstick pan.

You should keep your butternut squash seeds! Rinse them, dry them and toss with a little oil and seasonings. Roast them in the oven when you cook up the squash! Theyre delicious♡ also, less waste ;)

For the sweet chickpea rep I make it for ages, all you have to do is don't use oil instead in non-stick pan heat your pan maximum and put your butter quickly spread it into the pan and lower the heat to medium and don't touch it till it not sticky to the pan anymore its gonna be easy to flip. enjoy ❤️😊

I think your crepes stuck because of the addition of the date syrup so it became a stickier batter. Happens sometimes when I make pancakes from scratch and add maple syrup to the batter

It’s just apple cider vinegar and a touch of dish soap!! The dish soup kills them so they can’t fly back out 🙌🏻 so I just put that in a small bowl, cover it is plastic wrap and poke holes in it. Hope this helps ☺️
