oats are really good for you as they help in lowering cholesterol and high fibres fill you up so they are as good for you as quinoa , you don't need very high much protein untill you are working out very much

Intuitive eating is so cool the way we ebb and flow with our intake based on what our body needs week to week! Unpopular opinion: I actually REALLY like the broccoli stalks! ps. Mustard & pickles on a sandwich hits different it's a GOOD combo you are not alone in that taste!
My girl had a lot of skin and digestion issues with gluten as well. If you want to see long term results you have to be consistent with cutting it out of your diet. 💗 all this food looks DELICIOUS 🤧
Sp your videos have encouraged me to feed my family more colorful food. I love colors myself but my poor husband 🤣🤣🤣 he basically like potatoes, spinach and onions. He's never eaten so many different veggies in his life. He said it's gonna take getting used to. Especially me tossing red cabbage in everything 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
