Fried hokkien Mee must packed in wax paper...not microwave box....
I dunno whether this hawker uncle knows y he wears a disposable hand glove (hg) ?. He started w/o hg then he put on a hg on the right hand to take bean sprouts, after which he uses the right hand with hg. And then he uses BOTH hands (only right hand still with hg) to take noodle into the wok and starts frying. After a while he uses the same hand with hg to carry the wooden cover to put over the wok. At another moment, he uses the same wooden cover w/o hg on, and so on and so forth ........................... !!! Accordingly, the purpose of wearing of handglove is to handle ready-to-eat food only. For this case, the hot food is served hot on a plate, i.e. no hg is required.
Should taste much better if change to a Michael Jackson white glove
