One time my friends and I were playing Apples to Apples, and I showed them a side of me that I don't think they were aware of. I had debated whether to play that card, but ultimately I went through with it because it sure wouldn't work with many other things. Everyone thought my friend with a really dark sense of humor did it, but then when my card won the round, I was like "lol that was me" and they were all like "WHAT" because I'm usually the wholesome friend.

As someone who has had toxic friends before I can say with confidence that having toxic friends is worse than having no friends if one of your friends is toxic cut them out of your life because you deserve better

Me after realizing just how many of these an old friend of mine fell into made me realize that it’s good we stopped being friends
I am really good at not hating my friends, or even just getting annoyed by them. I never got into any drama and could deal with any personality, even the most obnoxious. That was kind of what made me the "Katara" of the group as my friend would say. I would take care of my friends and help them, and I definitely never was mad at them. Rarely.

@@flameepidemic4839 Yeah, I usually know when to distance myself from toxic friends, but for everyone else I protect them with my life. I make sure they don't drink underage, get in a car accident at 4 AM, etc.

Most of the time, when Im speaking to my friends they just start talking about another thing, I talk i little bit louder but no progress, so I just stop. But there's that one friend that when I stop, realizes me and says "Hey, finish what you were saying" That words make me feel so good.

It's hard when your friends deal with mental struggles like depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. You want to support them and help them overcome their issues/ toxic traits they developed from those issues. Yet it's hard to stop being friends with them when they don't want to change and you feel guilty for wanting to leave them when nothing is changing.
one of my friends fakes disorders, she says she has autism, depression, adhd, anxiety, anaemia, eating disorders, skin problems and more, even though she is in top set. i dont want to tell her that she is faking them bcus i dont have anyone else really, but it annoys me!

My friends had a lot of bad things, maybe i was not the ideal friend either but we always got along very well but one day they decided to ignore me because one of them where deeply hurt that i couldnt come every two days to her, and not text her back immediatly they just couldn't handle what was going on in my life at that time. My world was crushed because they where everything to me at that time. It was 2 years ago and i kinda miss them but i learned from that and grew as a person Overall. Now i finally have a friend that would never judge me in any way and we even have the same interests and i am super happy to know her and i enjoy spending time with her😇
Fr, i also have a friend and we're considered "best friends". Bro is literally taking even the most harmless jokes personally and thinks that im terrible when i tell him that i dont like the jokes he makes, i understand they're jokes and stuff but some jokes he says are straight up dark humor worthy. He's also full of himself sometimes, but he's my very only friend so i don't know what to do,

I don't know your situation but maybe you should look out for new friends? Maybe online friends? It never worked out for me because i was too shy but it can be a option for you, or try a sports club to meet new people or you talk to him that the way he acts is bad but it is up to you these are all just advice :)
@AdinaTheFox thank you for your suggestions, i will be looking forward to make some online friends, also sadly i cant participate in sprots where you make alot of physical effort since my colon is inverted by 40 degrees or so, and also the only time when he's "nice" to me is when he asks me for help, and even then i can tell its fake kindness, tho thank you, ill try making some online friends and see how it goes
Since it’s a long distance friendship sometimes I wonder if my friend is actively ignoring me by not responding to my text.

3:53 Relatble! When I was on a sleepover, I was in a bed sleeping with my friend. It was fun at the beginning (we watched Wednesday funny moments lol) but when she started to hit me with her phone and to tickle me so bad, it makes me want to die! It was horrible. Plus, we went to sleep at 1 pm ( because it was New Year) . I finally fall asleep on 6 am.
When my friends talk over me- I'm quiet and hard to hear but doesn't mean talk over meeeeeee and when they don't listen to me and ask me to repeat and help them- and when the spit while talking i'm actually like "SAY IT DON'T SPRAYYY ITT" and I also am on youtube bc my friends don't feel like texting me back or even calling me like person- but i love my friendss
I was ignored and talked over constantly in high school, and it still happens today sometimes. I hate these more about my friends than literally everything else.

I hate it when: They talk over you, when they aren't listening to you, when they're toxic, when they smoke, when they have drama with you, when they lie to you, when they blow up your phone, when they're too loud and when they can't take a joke.
That may seem like a lot, but I only have to deal with these things with one friend. All the rest are chill.

Two of my friends were making random jokes one joke when a little bit too far and well there was a gigantic fight, but then the same person that started that gigantic fight was just infuriated one of the friends that didn’t like a joke said a joke that really infuriated him so now they are equal
I usually try to "keep things real 100" with my GF even though she's a tsundere. Thankfully her and I are close to the extent where I can just tease her like a sister in private.
That is a good thing. Big thing for relationships to workout is you two being actual friends. A lot of couples aren't like that and usually their relationships fail.

I had a friend that was really not super bright and very cringe and toxic, and the only reason I stayed with him was because I'm autistic and I was just happy that I HAD a friend. Eventually my mom convinced me to drop him, and I did. The very next day, I got a DM from my only other IRL friend and she informed me that she was moving to Springfield. Now I am back to zero friends IRL. Autism is really not a disorder you want, you spend most of your life like this.

What I hate about my “friend” is that he abuses me, physically and tried to kill me once, yeah we are not friends anymore
I hate my friends when they use at least 10 or more curse words in the span of 5 seconds (don’t ask why but I’m ok with 1 to 3 curses but there must be a long interval before having another curse at play), honestly I don’t care but it’s for my sanity
same, some people find it 'cool' i just find it annoying tbh, especially if it is in my native language (polish) and they don't even speak it they just know the curse words
