For this recipe, you will need:
🔸 12 Fresh Quail Eggs
🔸 11 ½ lb Eye of Round Beef
🔸 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
🔸 7 cups Water
🔸 ¼ tsp Salt
🔸 8 Garlic Cloves
🔸 ¼ oz Ginger, sliced
🔸 3 Dried Red Peppers
🔸 1 Dried Kelp, 2” x 1½“
🔸 2 oz Big Green Onion, cut 3” long
🔸 2 Shiitake Mushrooms
🔸 ½ cup Soy Sauce
🔸 ¼ cup Sugar
🔸 ¼ cup Cooking Sake or Soju
🔸 ¼ tsp Whole Black Peppercorns
🔸 10 Shishito Peppers
🔸 2 cups Beef Broth (will be made)
