Jangjorim is one of my favorite banchan. When I was young, it was a 'safety' dish to eat when my mom would introduce new namul banchans. As a kid, it was always difficult to try out new veggie dishes. Jangjorim Banchan is pulled beef that soaks up the flavors of an infused soy sauce. Thinking of this dish, I remember fighting with my sister for the last soy sauce egg. There was never enough... Haha! I hope you try this dish out - it's amazing!

I just wanted to say, I am new to your channel and am loving it! You have a great personality and your gf or wife is such fun too. I came here after TH-cam suggested your channel off of a Maangchi video- I think you two cooking together would be a show on its own!

Awesome Amaranthim!! A warm welcome 👋 to you to our Neighborhood 🏡!! And a collaboration with Maangchi .. oh that would be awesome! I would need to come up with a cool nickname like Maangchi tho. Maangchi means 'hammer' in Korean - haha! Maybe Dolsot... 🤔

What's with Asians getting rid of the meat smell? Why do they do that? Does it smell bad?I really don't understand where that comes from. I'm not trying to stereotype but I've only heard Asian people say that.
