Very good. I had a trouble splitting the shell from the first video, it would say split failed on my laptop. I retried on my pc and it split ok, but then after I capped each part I couldn't union them all successfully. Did anyone else have any of these issues?

You may want to check. 1 if the object is solid before you split. 2. was the split line straight or curve. If both are, you can email me your file to [e-mail] I will take a look for you.

When I try boolean union after making the antenna's and eyes, half the model disappears and get holes where the cones were. What am i doing wrong?

your parts may not be solid before you boolean.
