So as per my calculation This Guy saved more than 60 thousand Rupees in his Total running of around 10 thousand KM , considering Petrol 105/litre . EV is best for people who would drive a lot in city or short trips, moreover no cost of expensive parts change during ownership

Main yeh har baar kehta huin...par lig abhi bhi company ka hi naam lete gai....ARAi ..idle conditions main test karti hai aur phir certify karti hai...koi bhi company kabhi bhi claim nahin karti ..na hi kar sakti hai....yeh approval ARAi jo ki govt dept hai wo hi karta hai...electic mai log bahut discuss karte hai kyuin ki charger har jagah nahin milega ....par agar aap petrol aur deisel main bhi dekhein to claimed se kam hi ati hai economy/avg and purely driving condtions aue deiver pe depqnd hai.

buying a 17 lakh car and not using ac in summers for a better mileage for some more kilometres i would recommend buying 9-12 lakh diesel car and using rest of the money for fuel without worrying for the kilometre’s and compromising on comfort
Charging ka bahut issue hota hai bhai EV me..matlab gadi charge karne ke liye koi ghanto tak wait kare. Abhi to petrol aur diesel hi best hai india me

It can go upto 300km in the constant speed of 50km/h in eco mode.
Is tht worth body u expend 15 to 18 lakj n drive only om 60 assumed if delhi to dehradun which is approx 270 km(270÷60= hrs...means 5 to 6 hrs drive which can be covered mostly 4 hrs
My petrol automatic nexon gives a mileage of 10-12km per litres. It will cost around 2700 in my car compared to this its 270rs approx.

Hill assist very useful but not compulsion cuz u achieve same with a hand brake....... Release hand break while accelerating steadily

Tata should go with BYD's blade battery which are heat proof, u can use fast charge till 100% which will use less time in charging full battery also range will also increase as it uses less space than lithium ion battery which will increase Range also even Tesla are going use blade batteries in their cars.

Electric cars can only be used as city cars atleast for the next 8-10 years. So it doesnt make any sense in spending that much money on a city car. Something below 10 lacs would a great option.
