    I love the fast basic videos! The choreography in the intermediate/advanced videos is often too difficult for me, so these are perfect! Lots of sweat but I can follow the moves.

    I was doing a devotional yesterday and the message was listen and hear God instead of always talking to Him and at Him. I asked him to bring me some peace and then I waited patiently. Lo and behold, He put this video right in front of me today. The moral of the story is working out with you, Amanda, and Vanessa brings me peace and I am grateful. Thank you!

    Did today’s live dance class with Dua Lipa and then this step workout. I think this has to be the best step routine 🙂❤️❤️❤️ already over 8,000 steps for the day and super sweaty!!! Thank you thank you, Chris!

    Yes I enjoyed this one so much! Christina that stomp stomp looks like the Reebok dance, I used to do back in the day as my 12 year old says lol. I try not to pick favorites and do different ones to have variety, but I think this is my fave. I have committed one day to doing weights also.

    That was fun. I’m calling it the Odd Horse Workout. With Odd number Rocking Horses, Ponies, Saddles (oh was that Straddle?). Fun workout. Love these 29.minute fasts ones. Great way to start the day.

    Love your outdoor basic/intermediate step classes especially when you have a couple of others with you. Makes it come alive! You are the only instructor I know who can make basic step interesting and non-repetitive! 30 minutes is perfect too:)

    I love these basic classes! I often skip them because I want the longer and more challenging workout, but these are fun - and if I’m honest, it’s nice when they’re over in 30 minutes. Your property looks beautiful by the way. I imagine it’s a workout just to keep it up.

    This was exactly what I needed after a rather bothersome morning when my car broke down on a very dangerous stretch of the highway, literally in the middle of the desert with no phone data. Hubby wasn't picking up the phone so I called my daughter who managed to get in touch with hubby who then called me. It's at least an hour's drive for him but he came to my rescue! Needless to say I didn't have a lot of time to workout & was feeling miserable but Chris, you really cheered me up & absolutely loved this! I even managed the choreography & didn't get my feet tangled! Thank you so much! xxx

    Jim used to step a lot but only basic routines. Today he wanted to try a “Chris” step workout. He picked this one…I warned him it was fast…but you should have seen him! He did great - he was able to do the entire workout, but was pretty worn out afterwards. He says your cueing is excellent 🙂

I wanted to do this weeks 45 minute low impact aerobics that you did Tuesday but I had to do a shorter session before work because it snowed a foot here in Montana 😢 and I need time to get to work.     Thank you for making this. After suffering from vertigo for a week, l couldn't work out to any of your videos. I was so depressed. Today I was able to do this to ease back in. I smiled through out the whole workout because it was like meeting up with an old friend. Thank you for all you do.🥰

    I started your step like 3 months ago and I absolutely love its now apart of my workout routine! Lifting weights is first and I finish off with 30 to 45 mins of step with you and always you. My favorite is fast basic step , I still haven’t got your intermediate pr advance step it’s too much thinking for for me during a workout. Maybe one day. My daughter also try to step with me it’s sooo cute , she only 2

    Love this class my new go to when I’ve only got 30 min. Great sweaty & fast ! But not easy !

    This was a great workout this morning. I usually go for the longer ones thinking they burn more calories but this one was fast, lots of moves and sweaty. Loved it, thanks :)
