You have to love when the plans actually leave the chat. Such was the case for me and @ThatModelGuyGA, who found ourselves running all across North Georgia in search of trains, seeing unfamiliar sights and visiting unfamiliar places. Honestly, considering how long we were out, we didn't see that many trains volume-wise. However, with a Loram SPS Slot train, a 60 MPH chase, and a whole bunch of blunders, this was an unforgettable adventure, and I wouldn't change a thing.
@ThatModelGuyGA here's to more "never dull moments" for the future. :)
@greenvilledistrictrailfans, thanks for the clips once again.

Nice catches! I've experienced a near miss of my local with an SD40-3. I didn't hear the horn until it reached the 3rd crossing before mine, despite there being plenty of crossings in my area.
That part with 243, the way the crossing lights were glitches out was the same as one time when I went to Shell Road, the 7708 video

Kinda funny how 27A, 283, 282, and 243 didn't have their leaders' ditch lights alternating like they usually do. But all the other ones on the local trains had theirs going.
Engineer was using the horn sequencer on all of these. Ditchlights only flash when the engineer is actually the one pressing the horn switch.
Interesting. Don't think I would have known. But I'll keep that in mind in case I see that happen on my NS line. Thanks man!
Nice video Loco love the amount of effort in these videos. But couple years ago I caught the LORAM train in Phillipsburg, NJ on my birthday which would be my first time seeing it.

The reason the LORAM unit is very similar to the GREX one is because GREX was acquired by Loram in 2018
