Hiya, I have been following your channel for must be a month or more now. I must say that you both are doing an amazing job with your boys, they are lovely lads too. You are an inspiration! keep doing what you are doing, just try to ignore the uneducated people who are rude, stare or make sly remarks about Ben. Love your little family and look forward to the next vlog 😊.
What lovely parents you are and you have 2 lovely boys , unfortunately there will always be uneducated people around but don't let that dishearten you I look forward to seeing how the boys day has been and your daily blogs
This video is very touching, I’m glade that you all choose to share yalls story. I could tell that certain parts of the video were hard for you all to share, but through out the entire video I could feel the love. Great parents, and I wish nothing but the best for you all and your family. 💕💗
Great chit chat video to help bring awareness to autism. He's lucky that you two are so strong for him...It's such a shame that the government is not more willing to help in these circumstances.
This is so interesting, and it must have been hard to film. I hope this will help others in understanding autism. Thanks for linking up with #youryoutube
You have an amazing channel! I am so happy to join your wonderful, friendly and such sincere community! Thank you so much dear friends that you share with us your lives with its ups and downs! THat you are able to talk about problems of autism and share it with people! My big appreciation to you guys! Bell is on and you'll have our support all the way! Happy to meet you!
Our youngest is autistic too. She's 6 and still not toilet trained. She knows what the toilet is for but I don't think she can feel that she has to go. She has times that she'll tell me she's pooped and she hasn't (and is shocked by that because she really thought she did) and times that it's just the opposite where she has gone and swears she hasn't. She was non-verbal until about a year ago. She still shakes a lot though, which we can't seem to get figured out for her. And good for you guys for not wanting to put Ben in an institution. We would never do that with Amelia either. I just don't trust places like that. I'd also much rather have her here at home where I know she's safe.
Hi Cheryl & Steven u r both amazing u both deserve a medal each for wat u do some times people can be really awfull wen they dote understand Ur boys r both beautifull and they r both special it's very hard bringing up children that have autism so dote ever feel u av to explain Ur selfies to any one u & Steve r amazing people Ur lively kind caring just fantastic I luv u both and just remember both Ur children r gorgeous keep up the good work X X X X
Amelia never was a self-hitter. She is a screamer though. She can be SO loud and she's got no off switch. If she's mid-fit, there's no diffusing it. I've had people get so nasty with me about it. I had a older man one time tell me that if that were his kid, he'd beat the crap out of her. She was 3 and disabled in a number of ways. How can you tell me to beat the crap out of a disabled child? Ugh. People are so cruel!
That's horrible...You would assume that an elderly person would be more understanding to it and would be more knowledgable about disabilities...It's a shame...
