Hey Kenny sorry if this is too late but the way he does this is importing the drone footage into after effects and using mocha tracking (built in plugin) to track the motion of a specific area and then, basically adjusting fill and strokes to create the overlay and then for the banners and such you just copy the properties of the null object created by tracking and pasting into the banner properties and adjusting to perfection.
