Your elevator trim may be stuck in the nose-down position, hence why you need to add full yoke back pressure to compensate. Try binding a button on your control for two inputs: elevator nose up trim, and elevator nose down trim and use those to manipulate the trim control to relief elevator back pressure
It seems like there is a big left rudder input. Check if something is triggering the rudder in your control settings. Also make sure no rudder trim is on.
