Growing up as a little girl Bruce Lee was like a super hero. My uncles studied martial arts because of Bruce and his movies. I’m from the Bay Area and grew up watching Martial Arts movies. Bruce Lee is The Man and will always have a special place in my heart.

@@queenofweaves916 absolutely and he still is a superhero there's not one person that can come close to what he has done regular punching bags are 100 to 150 lbs Bruce Lee broke every one of them he had to make it 350 lb by filling it up with screws and bolts would have broke anyone else's leg that's how much power this man had he had a gift from the inner soul to generate so much power and that's the beauty within Bruce Lee he knew every inch of the human body

Linda Lee puts it brilliantly..."Bruce was an old soul, steeped in thousands of years of Philosophy, who just came to visit us for a little while". No one would have said it better and the reason there will never be anyone like him ever again.

Linda is amazing. Bruce was supportive, I don't think he could have had a better wife. I just don't understand that he cheated on her and there were more of his hips. She didn't deserve it. But I don't think he was such a mature soul, you are wise and you don't cheat on your partner.

He does not hit like a 200 pounder, it's simply not scientifically possible, he instead perfected a technique where speed and acceleration and accuracy can knock down a 200 pounder with ease. He did not hit hard because of his size, small size cannot really deliver so much power its science, instead he showed the world that size can be beaten with speed and skill.

There would not have been an inspector, Jacques Clouseou, either. I saw Enter the Dragon in theater in 1975 in Tehran, Iran. There was a 1.5 hour line to get in, due to the fact that viewers who exited the theater after watching the movie, would get right back in line to get a new ticker for the next showing. Thank you master Bruce for inspiring me to fight.

I am a Bruce Lee fan and this documentary was great and pays great homage to the legend. I have always had a problem with some people saying that he wasn't a real fighter and only an actor but here you hear his wife saying that he had a real fight when he was challenged to stop teaching the Martial Arts to non chinese or he would have to fight one of thier top kung Fu fighters. This was a real fight constituting him as a real fighter. Also you can listen to Joe Lewis who was a professional kick boxer in that time and hear what he has to say about the legendary Bruce Lee. I have always said that just because you are not a professional fighter doesn't mean you cannot fight. There's a lot of people who aren't in combative sport fighting that can fight. RIP Bruce

His film, Enter the Dragon, solidified his status as the best on-screen Kung-Fu fighter of all time. He developed the famous Intercepting Fist from the Chinese Wing Chun style for close hand-to-hand combat, but it was his high and fast kicks that were most feared and unique. Bruce Lee saw the importance of outward physical strength as just as important as the inner chi in the modern ways of fighting. He gained valuable experience challenging the schools of different fighting techniques at the time in the United States. His films demonstrate his unparalleled kung fu skills at such a high level of fluency and effectiveness that even the layman can appreciate. After 50 years, his techniques and persona are still being imitated and talked about with amazement and admiration around the globe. His accomplishments are comparable to:
    1) Bruce Lee in Martial Arts
    2) Muhammad Ali in Boxing
    3) Steve Jobs in personal communication
    4) Michael Phelps in swimming
    5) Michael Jordan in basketball
    6) Michael Jackson in pop music
    7) Rafael Nadal in French Open Tennis
    8) Bobby Fisher in Chess
    9) Stephen King in horror novel

For the past two years or so since the so-called drug letters surfaced, many on the internet attracted large viewerships which otherwise they would not have by providing one-sided discussions with people who never met Bruce, but could give fantastic interpretations of those letters. These shows lack credibility. No one close to Bruce ever
showed up to present a balanced view. An otherwise trustworthy fellow referred to a hearsay episode where someone claimed that he saw Bruce took drugs in front of him. What do you think?

The Greatest for all the reasons fans family and friends can say without hesitation. I would say the greatest for rising above the culture clash . In his case the teaching of martial arts in the states was taboo among the people who held tradition and culture above all things. He was the earliest of game changers of their time. I only wish his martial arts would have been better known then his films. Then his practitioners would have known the greatest martial arts to be practiced.

I think she put something in his drink and that caused him to die. Just my opinion. His death is still a mystery, kinda like sam Cooke. Who also died under mysterious circumstances.

This thought of not wanting to share a means of protecting yourselves is selfish. Martial arts teaches goes beyond physical combat it teaches mental health exercise balance how can you not want to teach ,it is a sin in any religion. It helps all people of all ages to continue to use you're brain and learn something of use. This is a problem with people today not knowing right from wrong...Be a teacher.

Greatest documentary but there’s a wrong information. The first movie is Big Boss not Fist of Fury, Fist of Fury the second movie, also known as Chinese Connection I guess.

Keep in mind this is an American documentary.
In America Big Boss was released in 1973 with the Title Fists Of Fury.
When Fists was released in America it had the title The Chinese Connection.

You are right. Why they changed it to "Fists of Fury" for the U.S. Release baffles the hell out of me!

Bruce Lee is so great and i say is cause no one , absolutely no one can kick or punch like he does ! i mean the speed ! the only one who came a bit close to him is Danny Chan ! the resemblance between them is crazy , Danny has trained so hard to kick and punch like Bruce ! of course he couldn't achieve his speed but a bit close ! he s the reincarnation of Bruce Lee ! not 100% but enough for me ! Bruce Lee lives on he s immortal ! his physical form died but his soul is eternal ! there s an other Bruce impersonator Abass Ali Zada ! fans call him Ab Lee !

Great men never live long to become old men because I would never want to see an 85 year old Bruce Lee walking around with a cane, with false teeth and grey hair that would be a very sad thing to see.

If I were a historian/biographer writing about the life and times of Bruce Lee from his childhood to his death, I would use all the sources available to me. That includes his parents, siblings, extended family, spouse, children, etc. For Linda to exclude and prohibit Bruce's siblings who have known him since childhood best from telling their story is preposterous. It has nothing to do with preserving Bruce Lee's legacy. It is more Linda's unreasonable obsession driven by selfish greed.$$$🤑🤑🤑

Kang Fu Originated in Kerala India, a trader took it to China and founded Shaolin Temple. For Chinese to claim that the Martial Art to be exclusively Chinese is a Knaive thought. Indians don't shy away from teaching Yoga to Caucasians.

It sucks his life was cut short. I mean we're all going to inevitably die someday.. but just doesn't make any sense when so many great people that have something so special to live for die so young. When you have others that live a long long time but don't do anything with their life? It's not fair when such good and special people are taken away so early, and like his son. I don't know... i just hope it all makes sense in the end? It really makes me question God!? I hate to say..
