    Pixel with that price is winner of the year. Cameras at the level of the best but much cheaper...

    There was no comparison of xioami and Pixel on TH-cam. The video I've been waiting for. Also, Google does a very nice zoom on the video side. Even better in night mode.

    Surprisingly the portraits shot from Xiaomi came out so good. I would its say much better than the Pixels. For the rest I think Pixels takes the win with the software consistency.

    I would take the Pixel7pro with the Xiaomi camera if it was possible. I don´t like it overprocessed. But getting moving objects sharp in not so good conditions is a big advantage from the pixel.

    Each has pros and cons and subjective to each user. I would obviously like a blend of the two as I love the look on the Xiaomi primary camera, but prefer Pixel for other stuff like less motion blur. Tough choice, but would probably by neither and wait for OPPO, iPhone 15P and Pixel 8Pro as I suspect they will all be better.

    If only Pixel's hardware was more durable and the camera was less prone to terrible sun flare... it would be a perfect phone/camera for the money.

    Doesn't seem like a fair comparison to me, only indoors, no natural light👀

  • @prashantkaul8151
    @prashantkaul8151 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I would go for a Xiaomi for simply keeping it natural and less processed, with different modes. As I do a lot of street photography, I feel I have more options with Xiaomi. The only thing here disappointing is the price point! I don't trust the brand over a Google or a Samsung!

    For the camera is awesome for smartphone. I just an average user using a camera not a pro.. the best part about xiaomi is you can easyly root + use custom roms (soon gonna get a tons from dev).. i still prefer my Fujifilm x70 for everyday shot rather than smartphone

      You are paying for a flagship. Like every other people wanted. What you expect $300 dollars?

    • @solas1183
      @solas1183 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@joelconolly5574 It depends on where you are but even in China I would say it's a little overpriced. In Europe the price is just ridiculous. Xiaomi has probably become the most overpriced Android brand of all now in Europe. They've totally abandoned their old low profit margin approach and now are amongst the worst value for money brands

    • @ezrapardede1921
      @ezrapardede1921 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@solas1183 it's sucks that they mark up their prices this much, and not really giving a complete software stability atleast on the Camera as the flagship from Samsung, Google, and even Apple, the stability still below as the other flagship, the front camera is way below those three
      atleast their midrange still offers better value than most

    • @solas1183
      @solas1183 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ezrapardede1921 Yeah, under the Redmi brand the value is pretty good. Under the Xiaomi brand the price to performance ratio is not good. This is their recent strategy to create a big gap between their two main brands. Xiaomi aims for the premium and upper midrange segment with premium prices. Redmi and Poco go the price to performance ratio route

    Pixel's camera is a joke indeed. They make us uglier by advertising true tone skin xD.And pixel alz over-sharpened the subjects artificially. And for this it su*kss! In my view, camera on the Xiaomi 13 pro is much more versatile and consistent than the cheap pixel 7 pro.

    • @jeffayson1539
      @jeffayson1539 ปีที่แล้ว

      yes but the price is not versatil on 13 pro here in europe its 1400

    • @ray4493
      @ray4493 ปีที่แล้ว

      Because you have garbage taste and faulty eyes. It's not pixel's fault if you are straight up ugly. The fact is apart from the portraits, xiomi is a sad waste for it's price when it comes to camera. Pixel is considered the best camera phone for stills.

    I can understand xiaomi price because Leica also co-develop the lens. But!
    ❌ 4k30/60fps front facing video⁉️
    The good thing of xiaomi is that all lens produce the same color and white balance a little to no color white balance shift
