So this is more or less, part 2 to my live jam the other night that some of you really enjoyed. In that video I was using 100% tube amps and my big pedalboard. Tonight, we combine the best of both worlds (no pun intended) and go full wet/dry/wet for some live performances.
Plus we'll chat about anything that comes up in the live chat as well.

I Tried My 50 watt Combo 5150 Dry with Marshall Bottom,and Used Boss Katana on Wet Brown Sound, Wow that Sounds Full with My EVH Stripe Series!

Great video. If I wanted to do this live and I don't have powered cabs is there a difference in sound if I use my amp head as the dry sound then take the line out of my amp head and go into the helix and come out of the helix left and right into a power amp and left and right speakers? Not using any of the fancy internal routing functions of the Helix.

Marshall cabinets has a huge difference between their uk cabinets and their Asian cabinets which are osb, the uk ones are 11 ply birch.
How are you routing the signal? From the 5150? Or it’s more of a dual amp setup?

Thank you so much. I appreciate it. When I was using these amps, I would mic my amp and run through my mixing console. I no longer use amps of any kind at the moment, I have gone full digital.
